We recently had work done by Respectable Roofing that included new shingles, new skylight and major roof repairs. We were very pleased with the quality of the work and the efficiency of the work crew. The after work cleanup was also flawless. We were not home the day that the job was completed and trusted that everything was done properly, and made our final payment for the work. When I arrived home, I noticed the skylight was not the one we requested and paid for. I immediately contacted Don,. He sent a crew back a few days later to correct the mistake. We also experienced squirrels chewing at our brand new shingles almost immediately after they were installed. The crew came back and repaired the new shingles that the squirrels damaged and installed bird spikes to help repel the squirrels. Everything is as good as new and the squirrels have not returned. We're most appreciative of the work and results. We are happy we chose Respectable Roofing and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a roof installation to the highest standards. Terrible, I had a leak in my bedroom, company quote 2,800. A crew came out did the work. next day it rained and still had a leak. Called the owner and he sent the crew out again. Two days later it Rained and it still leaked, but now it’s in two different spots. Called back no call back.I called literally 20 more times no call back. Ghosted!

Don and his team were awesome! Don worked with us while dealing with our insurance company and his knowledge and expertise were immeasurable.When he started the tear down he realized our roof was only1/4 inch decking and not up to code . He reached out immediately to let us know and stated he already had the 1/2 inch ordered and on its way. The work was impeccable, we have had a tornado come through since and there were no leaks. This company deserves 10 stars! Used them back in 2018 for my main house roof, did a wonderful replacement job, no problems to date. Called them back out this year for my porch roof, which was a total replacement, work again was done great. Dealing with this company was awesome, took their time speaking with me and explaining different options and answered all of my questions. From the time I called Don from Respectable Roofing, to the time my roof was completed, I received nothing but pure professionalism. From the first call to completion was a total of 3 days and that was due to rain. Don and his employees were very respectful and professional, and cleaned up their work area nicely! The roof on our home was in rough shape which caused some water damage to two rooms in the house. I had called multiple roofers in the area before coming across Respectable roofing, which didn't provide any promising leads for nearly a week. Once I called Respectable Roofing for once someone actually picked up the phone. I explained our situation and I was told that someone would be there on Monday to look at our roof and provide a free estimate.Monday mid-afternoon John and his team came to our home and quickly went to see what was up with our roof. He took photos to show us the state of the roof and addressed what they would do to further extend the life of the roof with an estimate. We also talked about installing a new skylight.The final quote was pretty much spot on with John's initial estimated price. Called back the following morning and expressed that we wanted to contract them to do the work, and fit us in for the following day. Wednesday early morning John and his team came and started working on the roof. They were easygoing, efficient and took time to address any of our concerns in the process.They cleaned up after themselves and also hauled away a satellite and junk that was up there which was nice of them. So far they did an amazing job and our roof looks great seriously a night and day difference in appearance. 10/10 would recommend.

I had Respectable roofing out to do my roof. I spoke with Don,he was my consultant. He walked me through the process, and gave me the price. The price he gave was alittle higher then some of the other estimates we received, but the explanation he gave made sense to me. So I decided to go with Respectable Roofing. They installed my roof and capped 4 windows about 4 months ago.I wanted to wait a little bit before I posted a review to make sure there were no issues. I would highly recommend Respectable Roofing to do your roof or capping. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of roof work on their home.

The guys did an incredible job on our roof. We have a mixed roof, shingle on the front, flat rubber on the back. The work crew was great, friendly and courteous. Truly a great experience after having issues with a previous roof did an ok job, but then wouldn't show up when things went wrong. Put me at ease instantly and couldn't be happier.

I had my roof and capping done by Respectable Roofing. They were great. Don showed up when he was supposed to. The price they quated never went up. We even ran into some issues during the install with metal capping. Don told me about it, and that normally they would charge for it, but he didn't since they had the materials on the truck. I would definitely recommend this company.

*UPDATE* 1/5/2021I just wanted to give an update regarding this issue to those who may still be thinking to use this company (DONT!)The company apparently responded to my review but in typical fashion they were dishonest and failed to address the concerns I had when I had contacted them in the first place.As stated earlier I called them due damages I was seeing INSIDE my home from the poorly installed roof. This was seen well within the stated 15 year warranty period. They said they would come out to take a look but as has been established they never showed up! After agreeing to come take a look I was called back and told I had to pay $250.00 for some "maintenance". When I had the roof installed I was never told about any such maintenance, no required maintenance is noted on the actual contract, and the salesman specifically told my husband and I at the time of the sale that the roofing material they would be putting up would NOT need maintenance at the time of the estimate and contract writing. They stated they would remove the satellite dish that was attached to the roof by a previous occupant as well but that was also not done!They claim that there is a maintenance requirement on the contract but because I did not "keep up with the maintenance" they have no obligation to honor the warranty. The thing is that I have gone over the contract multiple times and not anywhere on the contract does it state regular maintenance necessary. The company even posted a picture of their copy of the contract on their FB under my review if you'd like to verify this for yourself. The warranty statement has a 15/3 guarantee. So 15 year guarantee on the roof material holding up and 3 year warranty for the workmanship. They acknowledge this themselves on their own under my FB review!At this point the roof has already been repaired and replaced, under 8 years, from the date of their shoddy installation.My lawyer advised me not to even bother taking them to court over the cost of the replacement because the approximately $39,000 worth of damages to the interior of my home and roof repairs are being covered under my home owners.*Update* 8/6/2020I had to hire a lawyer to deal with this companies poor roofing installation, slander against my character, and another major issue that they are not aware of that I am aware of that greatly impacts this issue in my favor.*UPDATE* 8/4/2020Well today the roof finally gave up and it started to rain in my house when it was storming outside earlier today. The 2 roofing companies that cane out to look at the roof prior to today's issue said it was not a maintenance issue it was drainage issue from poor execution of the roof installation. Had the come out on July 7th as they claimed they would my home would not have sustained damage.*Original* 8/1/2020I had a flat roof installed 4 years ago and it is already leaking. I called them up to come take a look at it since they gave me a 15 year warranty on the roof install. When they finally called back they told me I needed to pay $250 for "maintenance " and they'd be over the coming Tuesday to look at the roof. They never showed up. Respectable Roofing is the WORST roofing company in Philadelphia..the owner Don claim to have come back to fix my roof nine 9 times and then said it was the front molding on the roof..before then there was a twig under the paper that was letting water in..then a spot was missed. I called everytime it rained for a year and finally when I sent a text that I was suing them Don calls to say its something else. He's a liar and a cheat..the work was half done..they missed a side roof and there's more to this pathetic story that I dont want to re-live. Everyone DO NOT use this company..I did report Respectable Roofing to the Better Business Bureau.
