Had a great experience with Riley Roofing. I had a re-roof with another roofer Jan 2021 which ended up not fixing my original leak and creating a new one. I finally gave up on that roofer and spent several months getting estimates and Mark seemed like the best option. He was very responsive, clearly explained what he would do, and answered all of my questions. I felt comfortable trusting him to do a complete tear off and reinstall for my roof. Mark helped me to understand how these roofs function and why mine was failing. His team was great. Everyone was so nice and professional. I’d been nervous with the heavy rain about a week after they did the roof, but the work was clearly solid. Would highly recommend Riley Roofing.

Riley roofing put up new shingles on my end row house and replaced the trim around the roof line. I haven't been on a ladder examining the work that was done, but from the street it looks great. The price was pretty much what I expected, so I guess it was reasonable. I didn't get a bunch of estimates so I don't know for sure. When I called regarding the job, someone came out that day and I received an estimate in a couple of days. My only gripe is, I was told the job would be done at the end of October, beginning of November. Well, that time period passed w/o that happening and with no call from anyone with RR. I reached out to RR, sent them a message and he told me that he moved and took a vacation. I have no problem with that, just let your customer know that these things came up and that he needed to reschedule. Then, a second deadline was missed with no phone call/message. Finally, I messaged yet again and this time I asked if he was still interested in the job because if he wasn't, I needed to hire someone else. He came out that Monday, and they were done in less than a day. They did a good job cleaning up the mess.

Highly recommend Riley Roofing. Great experience with Mark and his team. I discovered a hole in the roof of our rowhouse and needed to fix it fast. Mark came quickly to survey damage. We definitely needed a new roof and sheathing. Got us on the schedule quickly, fixed it at the scheduled time and charged us the agreed price. Roof looks great. Cleaned up work area and took all debris from the old roof.

I luckily found Mark Riley through some posts from neighbors in a local South Philly neighborhood group which recommended him based on his professionalism, flexibility, and most of all, the hard work of his crew. After my experience with Mark, I can say all of the reviews here and on that group couldn’t have been more spot on, and I have nothing but high praise for the work he did on my home.Mark showed up same day for a quote on a new main roof, gave me a date and time for the job, and was prompt and communicative through the entire process. Called Riley roofing and Mark answered and he came out same day. Mark Inspected the roof and was able to identify issues right away and gave me an idea of the work needed and price range. Later that day he sent over an invoice and once I responded he gave me a date and time. Mark confirmed on the day before that the job was still on and the time he would be there and what yo expect. Mark, the owner, kept me informed earlier in the week about the date they’d arrive, and promptly started at the appointed time.The works seems great. Mark has done some work for us a few times. He has fixed siding that had come loose near the roof line. He has replaced the heater chimney cap and fixed some shingles that came off during a bad storm. He really helped me out when most companies wouldn’t come for a small job.
