Neal and his crew did a great job with my roof replacement. Spennato Family Roofing is extremely professional, friendly, and priced fairly. Roof on house and garage were replaced in one day, along with gutters. The crew worked very hard and were neat and organized. I appreciated their time spent at end of day cleaning up every piece of debris and using magnets to collect any nails. Attention to detail goes a long way!

Neal (the owner) and his team did an amazing job on our roof and gutters. We had them replaced just a few days before Christmas. From the time we contacted Neal to the job getting done it was probably about a week. I definitely didn't expect that being that it was around the holidays. The price of our project was great. They came out early to start their work and stayed until they lost daylight but came bright and early the next day to finish up. So kind, so thorough and they made sure to clean everything up as if they weren't even here. We had a slight hiccup with the permit but Neal got right on that and it did not affect the time frame for the job. I have already been recommending Spennato Family Roofing to my family and friends.

From start to finish, Spennato Family Roofing was professional, timely, and friendly. They responded quickly to our request for a quote and 4 days later I had an estimate. In addition to climbing up on the roof and inspecting it, they used a drone to get measurements of the roof and take pictures for us to be able to see the state of the roof. They took pictures throughout and at the end as well, which was so good to be able to see. The whole team, from Neal Sr, to Neal Jr, to the roofers were pleasant to have for around two days while they replaced our 35-year-old roof on a 200-year-old house! They were upfront about some potential additional costs due to some plywood being damaged, and it is obvious they are knowledgeable and experienced. There pricing was competitive and reasonable. Will recommend them to family and friends going forward and will be working with them for routine maintenance in the years to come.

I found them on google search & reviewed all of the excellent reviews! That’s why it’s great to read them. My roof needed to be redone as the previous one messed it up yrs ago.They were professional, punctual, efficient, courteous, caring, on point with everything! Where to even begin? We truly cannot sing the praises of Neal and his team enough.We first became acquainted with Neal back in November. We are first time homeowners and the first week of being in our new home, we had *DUNDUNDUN* a LEAK, which then turned into… multiple leaks. We didn’t really know where to start, so we reached out to a number of roofing companies - all with great reviews. Neal and his crew really helped us out at a most difficult time. We had 117 year old slate shingles that were literally falling apart at an increasing pace and the leaks at the back of our home were just as prevalent. We originally set up a quote with Power who initially agreed, boasted they were the best and had us sign a contract only to leave us out to dry and ditch us at pre installation inspection, stating the job was out of their scope and that they didn’t know a person who could do the job and told us to “just Google someone” and ghosted us. Well I Googled the perfect team for the job who charged us a better price for the same job and materials. Spennato’s communication is second to none. Their pricing is more than fair for great work and quality shingles and skylights. We plan on getting our gutters and downspouts replaced by Spennato. Neal was very professional and answered all our questions promptly whenever we had them. The workers moved quickly and efficiently. They arrived 30 minutes early at 7:30am and got started 10 minutes later, and they finished before 6pm. Even with the issue they discovered with the cedar shake (and the extra $1900 we had to pay to rectify it), the total cost for my flat roof replacement and new shingles was very reasonable. I'm glad we chose Spennato!

Absolutely the best roofing company that my husband and I have ever dealt with. Neal Jr was extremely responsive and came out to our property in Fox Chase the same day. Other roofing companies we contacted verbally gave estimates and never followed through with returning calls. After having a few different contractors come out, Neal and his crew were the clear choice to move forward with replacing the flat roof on the old addition of my house.
