Please don’t book this company they are scam artists. They never follow up with you about your warranty. A year later and i’m back to having a leaky roof. I try to get in contact with them and they say they’ll come out a certain day and never come. I guess they’re waiting for the warranty to run out so they won’t have to honor it. I also called multiple times about receiving my receipt for the job and nothing. They “claim” to have sent it to my email but i checked even the spam folder and i didn’t receive a thing. If you want a honest and trustworthy company this is definitely not it.Services: Roof inspection, Roof repair, Roof damage repair

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. I called them and the man starts yelling at me! I DO NOT recommend Stephenson Family Roofing if you want to be treated like a normal human being.

I wish I would have found them sooner! They were so easy to work with and had excellent communication. Within a few days of contacting them, they came out to inspect my roof, sent pictures, called to discuss pricing, provided us with different written quotes based on our budget, AND fixed the roof. Very reasonably priced. We got pictures of the finished product as soon as it was completed. (Before and after pics below)

Nick was extremely timely and professional. We have had our roof repaired a number of times over the past 2 years by other roofers and have continued to get leaks. We reached out to Nick Monday evening and he called us that evening (at 8 PM) and came early the next morning to check it out. He fit us in the next day (even with rain) and re-did our roof. He also promises a 15 year warranty for future issues/ leaks so I am not sure if you can ask for anything better! He was prompt, polite, and pricing was reasonable for all of the work he did. We just got our roof replaced today, but I feel confident knowing we have a warranty in case anything happens. After a bad rain storm we noticed a leak coming in from my sons room. Called Nick late and to my surprise called me right back within a half hour and came out early the next day. He fixed everything up and we have been good ever since. Gave me a quote on a new roof and we will be doing it asap. Can’t say enough good things about Nick! Couldn't be happier! Noticed a leak at my grandmother's house. Reached out to Nick and in no time fit us in. Then checked everything out and had come across the issue. Was super honest and was able to make a repair so the roof life can stretch a little further ! Then also went through cleaned out our gutters. Completed the job quickly and efficiently but have not heard back from them since. I have asked them multiple times for an invoice or receipt and received nothing. Have now left multiple voicemails and texted Nick (like he asked)... no response. Also, still waiting for the before/after pictures of my roof they said they would send me.

They came out on a Saturday and then worked on a Sunday. With a great warranty on their work. I would highly recommend these guys. Nick didn't try to throw in extras for costs or making more money. I will be using them from now on.

I called and the next hour they came out to my house with a free estimate.Two days later the crew came and installed a brand new roof never had a leak again I got a couple prices but no one could bet there price thank you

They are very professional and they offer a great service for an affordable price. They also make sure that they clean your property before leaving. Great and nice guys! I greatly recommend them for siding replacement.
