I first used Tema in 2018 to replace the roof on my mother's house, a small Cape Cod. I was very impressed with the quality of the work, it's value and the professionalism of the owner and the crew. When I needed a new roof and 3 skylights replaced on my house, I called Tema again. My house is much larger with 4 steep peaks and 4 skylights.The Tema crew arrived same time each day, worked all day with a short break for lunch, cleaned up at the end of each day and avoided damage to the extensive shrubbery around my house. The owner visited the crew most days and communicated status regularly so there were no surprises. March 2022 - Excellent recommendation. TEMA moved very quickly to start a roof replacement job as soon as the contract was signed. TEMA’s first quoted price was better than two competitors and both competitors came back with second quotes still above TEMA. The team showed up each day exactly at the time promised. Team members were very polite and pleasant. Ed, the owner came to the site for at least part of the day, every day, and all communication was through him. I was able to watch part of the process and the team was incredibly precise in installation of materials. Long standing irregularities in the roof are totally corrected. A couple of weeks later and we still haven’t found a stray nail and there was essentially no waste left behind.October 2022 - the TEMA crew just left the our house after completing a full siding and gutter job. As before, the team showed up a the scheduled time every day and was very pleasant and polite. The workers were absolutely meticulous in repairing multiple issues in the sheathing and trim where water had penetrated the previous siding. Damaged areas were cut out and replaced prior to installing the new siding and trim. The installation of the siding and trim is flawless. The house looks amazing. No trash or waste left behind at all. Both of our experiences with TEMA leave us very happy that we trusted them with our house.Services: Attic venting, Roof installation

After getting quotes from several different siding companies; we decided on TEMA for our siding job which included soffits, capping and shutters. Ed's detailed proposal covered everything that needed to be done. Good communication throughout, even kept us informed about delays from the manufacturer. First of all I was nervous bc to me this project was a lot of money. After talking to and getting quotes from 5 different roof & siding companies; I decided on TEMA to replace my roof and siding.
