Willie and the Renaissance Company were amazing! I had been dealing with the city for YEARS to construct a small elevated deck, and my previous contractor dropped out. I was referred to Willie, and he responded to my request immediately. His quote was very fair, and was able to start right away, which I really appreciated after waiting so long to have this deck built. He completed the work timely, and I'm extremely happy with the results. We liked his work so much, we asked him to also replace the carpet on our stairs with hardwood. He gave us good advice on how to proceed, and the results were better than we could have imagined. The project was complicated as there were 3 sets of stairs to replace, including stairs that spiral around a corner. Everything looks very custom to the house, and again, he was able to complete the work in the time he quoted us. It's clear that he truly enjoys what he is doing and is an expert in his craft. Mr. Bady and his team turned my power room into an unbelieve funtional and lovely bathroom. He changed my coat closet into an up todate shower with glass door, beautiful tile and a stone seat. He had to move walls, heating registers, and make changes to the water pipe in our basement with minimal changes to the basement ceiling. He made sure that the new toilet and shower met all the requiremens for the safety of senior citizens. He installed a new sink and medicine cabinet. He also updated the room next to the former power room into a bedroom. My 95 year old husband needed to be on our first floor for his safety. He replaced door in the bedroom and bathroom. He also created a new coat closet in our living room. The work was competed in the time-frame agreed upon. Nice work but, left job unfinished without warning. Willie Bady lacks professionalism. I found he subcontracts all his work and fails to pay subcontracts therefore work doesn't get completed. Willie Bady is arrogant, egotistical and a liar. And is overcharges for the work. I would not recommend him for anything.
