My experience with the Roof Doctor was exemplary. I had a leak so I reached out over email with a bunch of questions on how these types of fixes typically work. I received fast (and patient!) responses which I absolutely appreciate since my anxiousness is no joke sometimes. I was told they're in a busy season but was also offered to be put on a cancellation list in case a spot opened up. They sent someone out to do an evaluation of my leak right away and I was given an estimate (very reasonable pricing👍). I got a text when an appointment time was available and the roof doctor team was very efficient when they arrived. No fuss, no muss, and they showed me photos of the fix.I am happy to report that even though it's been raining like crazy lately, my ceiling is perfectly dry! The roof doctor also has a 1 year warranty that comes w/the service, so it's reassuring to know that on the off chance the issue comes back, they'll check it over.10/10 would recommend, just reach out to the Roof Doctor if you need help! They are polite, prompt, and extremely professional. I'm incredibly pleased!

I've called on the Roof Doctor for three separate projects and have been pleased with the results of each; communication with their office is always smooth and prompt and they arrive and perform the jobs when they say they will and have been great at working with my schedule. Our roof had some longstanding leaks that kept getting worse, and the deck over the roof (and over the leaks) was in very bad condition. We hired The Roof Doctor to dismantle and discard the existing decking boards and to find and fix the leaks. Over two days they did exactly that. They were very professional, listened carefully to our concerns and explained clearly everything they were proposing to do, and carried out the work to a high standard. Most important -- as we had read all the horror stories of people's experiences with roofers -- they were honest and trustworthy, so much so that after our initial consultation with them we didn't bother getting any other quotes. We just had a gut feeling we could rely on them to do a good job. We are now planning to have them come back to put in a new deck.

I’ve had a great experience here! They were quick to come out to assess the problem and I signed up for any last minute openings and they were back in just a week to complete the work. Seemed very knowledgeable and were super helpful and thorough. Prices were very reasonable and the whole experience was really smooth! It also came with a warranty. I’d definitely recommend!

I first contacted The Roof Doctor in November, 2020. Harry Rolfing Sr thoroughly inspected my roof (installed in 2008 by another company) and made repairs the same day. Harry Rolfing Jr has also addressed my concerns and done work when needed. Willow Rolfing has always responded quickly to communications with genuine concern. This company is wonderful! They have tremendous expertise, reasonable charges and have always treated me with respect. They recently did repairs following a horrible storm that resulted in the worst leak ever in the front part of my house. There was also water coming into the walls further back. The repairs were scheduled quickly before the next round of bad weather. The workers had to spend a lot of time getting rid of snow and ice in order to do the job. The Roof Doctor replaced our old flat roof in Center City and I would highly recommend them. They were very professional, had good communication, scheduled the new work quickly and were prompt for all appointments. While they installed the new roof, I kept forgetting they were there, they were so quiet. We recently had other contractors on the roof and just after, I thought I heard something during a rainstorm. I called Roof Doctor and Harry was here in a few hours to inspect. Very reassuring. He didn't find anything but patched up a small area that may have been damaged. Our home has an absolutely massive roof deck built by the previous owners several years back. Overall it is in good shape, but it definitely needed some repairs and we knew it would be a big project. In addition, our roof needed some repairs and finding a contractor that could do both was great! From the beginning, Harry and Willow were so communicative. Harry worked with us to keep costs down while still providing quality deck repairs and they got work scheduled and finished in such a timely manner. Harry, Willow, and the team at Roof Doctor are top notch and I HIGHLY recommend them. We needed new roofing material as ours was 10+ years old and they were able to get back to me same-day by providing a fair estimate and then get us scheduled in. Their craftsmanship was excellent and the AZEK materials they used are both beautiful and high quality. Harry and 1 other showed up and hauled all their materials via rope to our roof deck and then were able to complete the work over 2 days. My roof was completely redone in 2018 by a different company that didn’t do it right, during the last rainstorm a leak started from near the gutter. Harry with the Roof doctor took in the situation, the condition of the roof and was able to see it from a consumer perspective, and from there suggested a solution for fixing my leak. After the repair was complete he left me reassured with a plan that sounded reasonable and aligned with my expectations. He also recommended what to do to prevent future issues. My roof repair saga has been a nightmare..until the Roof Doctor!! In the past 6 months I have had 6 roofer visits and have lost lots of money. That ended when Harry and Ruairi arrived on the scene. Harry diagnosed our issue with the roof leaking and immediately provided a solution for fixing. Our roof was completely redone in 2015 by a different company that didn’t do it right, leaking began and the other company "fixed" the issue as part of their warranty but didn't actually fix it. Harry explained where the other company cut corners after I asked. After the repair was complete he recommended what to do to prevent future issues and didn't try and upsell me on maintenance like the previous company. I highly recommend.Service: Roof repair

Everything looked ok but he explained some things I should watch out for that could be warning signs of needed repair in the future, and the free consultation was much appreciated. Roof Doctor turned our rotten roof deck into a fantastic outdoor space. Harry brought a backyard to our center city third floor apartment and it's our favorite "room"! Harry from the Roof Doctor diagnosed our issue, and provided various options to remedy. Harry ended up replacing all slate with composite and added copper flashing. Weather impacted our scheduling twice, Willow in the office was very responsive on keeping us up to date. They came and tried to fix what I repaired on my back balcony... there was a bad leak come inside my kitchen... when they went up they tore away all the work I did and didn’t seem to do a better job... this Christmas morning @5am as I wake to feed my 5mo old daughter my kitchen is filled with rain water... sure last nights storm was exceptional but so was the storm that had us calling them in the first place... 500 dollars later and the problem remains, I spent a hundred in the material I used at Home Depot too.. flex tape and what not... forget the other reviews the guys is nice and professional but the work is garbage I really couldn’t even see what was done to show they tried to fix it... boooooService: Roof repair
