They investigated after demo and continued repairs correctly even though there was more work uncovered. Very satisfied with the value and end product we received. Highly recommended!

I used Top Tier to replace my flat roof because of two areas of leaking. They came out quickly for the estimate, gave a reasonable price, and were very communicative both around a couple questions I had and around the actual install. They were extremely hard working and considerate. And most importantly, the roof is looking good! Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend them to others.

TL;DR: I had a great experience with Top Tier Roofing. My contact, Sean, was an excellent communicator and kept me in the loop every step of the way. The work was done quickly and cleanly and, with a warranty from the company, I feel confident that my roofing situation is in the best of hands for years to come.Longer Version:I recently became a first-time home owner. The roof was up towards the top of the list of things to get replaced since it was old and I would want to make sure I put something fresh on it before I set up some sort of deck solution.That timeline accelerated when my neighbor discovered that a leak that was causing water damage in his ceiling was coming from a shared part of the upper roof (we are in connected row homes, so the roofing overlaps between our sides). He was getting his roof looked at by Top Tier and it was determined that we would have to fix it on my end. Since the whole roof was very old, Sean wanted to replace the whole thing on both my side and my neighbor's side so that he could give us a warranty on the whole surface.In order to do my side, we were going to have to move two air conditioner units that were resting on metal beams that crossed the whole roof which themselves were resting on bricks that were the source of the original problem (water accumulated in the brick hole and wore through the roof). Sean brought an HVAC contractor that he works with along that was able to give me quotes on replacing the air conditioning units. Replacing these units was the next thing on my list anyway, so it felt nice to be able to get both jobs done at the same time.From my end, this was a fairly smooth experience since both Sean and the HVAC contractor were able to coordinate dates between themselves and a crane company. All I had to do was wait and pick a date that worked for me from their list.The work itself happened very quickly. The team replaced the whole upper roof in a day. Sean was planning on coming back the next day to do my lower roof (which also was very old and needed replacing), but potential rain in the forecast, he called off to avoid the risk. They came back the next week and got it all done. There were some rotted plywood boards under the old roof that Sean replaced and now everything feels very solid.Since then, Sean has continued to help me coordinate work with the HVAC contractor after some issues with scheduling the crane originally came up. He's followed up on the roof after we've had some rain and I feel that he's invested in making sure that I am completely satisfied with the experience and the product.Thanks again to Sean and Top Tier Roofing!Attached are some pictures of the new lower roof.

Great group of down to earth guys who offer an amazing price for the quality of the work that they do. I’d recommend them to anyone. We had a leak that destroyed the ceiling in the room we were preparing for our baby come summer time. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to handle the job knowing the importance of the safety to us for our growing family. My experience with Top Tier roofing was excellent. From the estimate to the completion of the work they maintained communication and what would be done. My roof was very old and my roof would leak during heavy rain. They were very professional and the price was just right. My roof was in horrible condition and I had a leak. I called Bobby at Top Tier roofing and he sent his guys out to inspect my roof the next day I called. Made the call to Top Tier and Sean was out the following day to offer a fair estimate. We had to get work done on our soffit first so we held off booking the roof until that carpentry was done. In that interim time Sean reached out to check in about the roof but I never felt pressured. When it the other was finished I texted Sean and he got us scheduled within a week. Our mod-bit rubber roof with vents was installed in a little less than a half day. Upon completion we were able to go up the ladder and view the excellent work. The roofers answered any questions we had.were assured by contract that the work is guaranteed for 15 years but I believe it will last much longer. I would definitely recommend this very professional company for being easy to deal with and doing solid roof work.

The initial call was Sunday and they came out on Friday morning to begin and complete the work. I had a roof leak caused by unfinished roof work. Top Tier was quick, understanding, and provided great work. Very professional and also provided a clear explanation of what was wrong and what they can do to fix it for a reasonable cost. We had an excellent experience with Top Tier Roofing. We first contracted with them to replace our roof. Their crew was professional, neat and did great work. Their owners were always just a text away and were extremely responsive and accomodating. After finding out they also do siding replacements and windows, we asked for a quote on our siding. As with the roofing quotes we received, they were very competitive despite using excellent materials. Our house is far from the conventional center hall colonial so it was not the most straightforward job. We contracted with them to do the siding and they did a fantastic job. They were very professional and thorough in the process. When they arrived they gave me a detailed explanation of what was wrong with the roof and why. I was able to get on the roof with them so it made it easier for me to understand what they were talking about when they described the problems. After the problem was assessed they explained to me the options I had for resolving my issue ( from most expensive to least expensive). There was no pressure to come to a conclusion of what I wanted to do that day which made the experience stress free. I was able to think and choose the option that was most suitable and cost effective for my self before calling them back and making a decision. When ! did make the appointment they were able to schedule me in within a week and had the job completed in one day.
