We needed a new flat roof and new shingles on our front facade. Jim from Weather-Tite came out promptly to review the work I needed. Louis came out to do the work and installed a no-maintenance flat roof with a 15 year warranty plus the shingles and a new skylight. He was extremely courteous and professional. The work took Louis just over two days. I'm very happy with both the workmanship and materials, and they even beat the other quote I received by about $600. I'm incredibly satisfied.

We were referred to Weather-Tite Roofing Co to perform a service that 2 previous roofers couldn't accomplish professionally and we are so glad that we found Weather Tite. The job was done perfectly. After a series of storms last spring, we had leaks. We have a three story home and were having problems on different roofs. We had 3 different roofers come out to fix the issues and none of them were successful. When Weather Tite Roofing came out, the crew analyzed what the issues were and what was causing them. They told us what they found and what they planned on doing to repair the issues. Since then, we have had no leaks at all. They were true professionals every step of the way. We will definitely use Weather Tite again and recommend them to others.

Weathertite said they knew why our roof, which was only 2 years old, was leaking, and spent a lot of time explaining the problem and the repair. We were charged $1500.00. The roof still leaks. In the same place. Now, he thinks it must be the chimney. That does not help us, and we are still out $1500.00.Service: Roof repair

This company was horrible. They came recommended from someone, and there were problems from the start of the project. Poor customer service, they never answered. The woman who answered was nice and helpful but had to direct the calls to someone else. When they finally did have time to come out to look at the roof, we received an hour notice to be home. Don’t work with them.
