They were so helpful in every aspect and gave me a piece of mind knowing that they could help when other companies couldn't or didn't want too. Had a pipe that broke in my mothers basement and was referred by a neighbor. They came out within an hour and helped us through the insurance process took care of all the soak contents helped my Mother recover a nice amount from her insurance company. After experiencing a small house fire,I was left with water damage from the FD extinguishing it. It was devastating!!Worldwide Restoration helped get my space dry,clean and habitable again. Very knowledgeable and punctual. Answered all my questions and insured I wouldn't have mold damage as an after effect. I hope I never need them again,but good to know I have a company I trust to call upon.

I had an electrical fire at an investment property and while the fire damage was minimal, the water and smoke damage was extensive. John and his team did excellent work on the remediation, demo and cleanup. The customer service was outstanding - long after Worldwide completed the contracted work, John continued to be available whenever I called him with questions regarding renovations of the property. I highly recommend Worldwide Restoration!

We had smoke damage to our home from a fire that was nextdoor. Of course in any house fire there are alot of restoration companies trying to get the bid to restore your home. Worldwide representative came to our door and stated that our neighbor next door paid for us to have industrial fans for the next few days yo clear the smoke out and that I would need sign a paper for them to leave the fans. Ok so i signed the paper and 2 months later I get a bill for $2000. Needless to say I was scammed by one of there employees. I'm not saying this is a bad company if you want work to your home I'm guessing but be careful so this doesn't happen to you.

I had a big flood in my basement. I called World Wide Restoration and they had sent someone to my home asap! They made the process so easy, especially since I run my home office from the basement. They knew I had a lot of personal items that I wanted to keep and they worked very hard to salvage everything they could! They also did the remediation to prevent mold, and made all the repairs to get my office back up and running. I would absolutely recommend Worldwide Restoration

I woke up one morning with over a foot of water in my basement. a gentleman by the name of John Masi had come out to my home and. really made the process easy and understandable. he helped me work with the insurance company to recover the money i needed to not only fix the main water pipe but to replace and finish the whole basement that was ruined and damage. thank you John Masi i highly recommend this business for there work and professionalism of there employees, and owner ship. thanks again for saving my basement and my pockets !!!!!!!

I had a small kitchen fire in 2022 and in the mist of all the craziness of that day which was a nitemare I was contacted by a restoration company named Worldwide based out of South Philly…. I was a little reluctant at first because it sounded like a scam but it actually wasn’t. Within a day of signing my contract both owners of the company John Garbarino & John Gatea came had a meeting with me and reassured everything would be taking care of and put back perfectly…. In which it was and it went quickly before any insurance money was paid out which I was extremely grateful for…. The owners are sweethearts and keep their word!!!! I highly recommend worldwide restoration

I had a massive water leak in my basement, damaging all my flooring and most of the furniture. I contacted Worldwide and they came out the next day to assess the situation and create a plan to remediate the damage and made sure to answer all of my questions. I felt very informed about the process and confident in their ability to get the job done correctly. They replaced my flooring as well as portions of the drywall and it looks as if nothing ever happened. Imagine walking into your home at night and seeing a waterfall running off your upstairs balcony. I had the water line disconnect from my upstairs washing machine while nobody was home. They have terrible road rage. I would’ve let him in to merge with no problem he’s going so fast when traffic is completely stopped. Nobody would want to use your services especially if you’re advertising on your truck and you have disgusting road rage and I didn’t even do anything but be in traffic.
