He and his team worked efficiently and did an excellent job. They painted the entire house, Replaced exterior posts, Installed trim/molding and replaced carpeting. Once my home was on the market I received over 50 showings and 10 offers. My neighbor had Joe over to fix her leaking window, and she sent him over to my house for the same problem. Joe assessed the issue, and fixed it right away. I also mentioned that I was having trouble with the gate on my fence, and he fixed that too. When I mentioned that the spigot on the front of my house was not working, he decided to take a look and assess the problem.Joe was fair and explained everything he was doing so that I could understand. He also cracked a few jokes and made me laugh and was super nice to my dog even though she barked at him. I called up Joe for a very small job to repair some flashing on the roof. He gave a fair price and got the work done quickly. He also alerted me that my windows were in desperate need of caulking and that it was work I should have done before the winter. I agreed with him and had him do the additional work. Five days later I get a call from Joe. On another job he did, the caulk had started to peel away from the window. He was calling me to see if he could stop by the house and see if the job he did for me needed to be redone. He suspects the batch of caulk might have been bad. I should mention this is a tenant occupied house. Joe knew this. He could have easily just assumed I would not have noticed (I likely wouldn't have). Joe is a guy who stands behind his work and makes it right, even if it is at additional cost to him. That's not something you can say about most contractors. Integrity is priceless. I won't be calling anyone else for home repairs moving forward.

I contacted ZBC Contracting for some exterior and roof work, as I wanted someone local. Joe Zajko, the owner, was very responsive and promptly checked out the house. He took the time to describe everything that needed to be done, and even provided pictures of the areas needing work. His price was fair and he got the job done promptly, beyond my expectations, and he lets you know how everything went. The letter "Z" may be the last letter of the alphabet, but ZBC Contracting should be at the top of everyone's list!

We had Just Bought a house ! This was our first house purchase so u can imagine our surprise when we found out we needed a new roof and skylight , we had mold and the ceiling in our baby’s nursery collapsed! Things got crazy , we hired the wrong guy to fix the roof and he wound up making things worst ! We came across Zbc on google and saw they had good reviews!! We took another chance and it totally paid off!! Not only did we get everything fixed the right way ! But we also got our mold remediated too!
