We used Capa Builders to convert our garage into a living space with full bathroom, install a washer & dryer, install a concrete patio, erect a basketball net and mount a flat screen TV. Every step of the way John was attentive and responsive. He was clear about financial obligations and due dates and, in turn, his work was completed as agreed upon. He and his team were meticulous, trustworthy, considerate and respectful. Their workmanship is beautiful and the execution is exactly as I had dreamed! We have enjoyed many wonderful times in our new living area and outside on the patio, and we owe a debt of gratitude to Capa Builders for helping us to realize our vision for our home! I don't know where to begin..... I originally contacted Capa builders when I was in need of remodeling my mothers bathroom while she was at rehab with minimal time until she returned and Capa came out and completed not only a bathroom remodel but made the bathroom larger with Handicap safety features added to assure mom was ready when she returned home. The bathroom came out AMAZING !!!!! Months later, I made a decision to alter my house with a very large addition to add bedrooms for when my children returned home from college including another bathroom demo/ remodel along with a BEAUTIFUL living room and Master bedroom in my auxiliary suite. During both construction phases, I managed to come up with multiple changes and add-ons in other areas of the house which Capa did not hesitate to give me their professional advice and assist when needed. A very professional team of very knowledgeable employees with all the tools on hand to accomplish any job......trust me, I put them through the test. They'll be welcomed back in the Spring for the construction of our pool side bar! John and his crew constructed a dormer addition and replaced the siding on the rest of my home. We couldn't be happier with the final product. The quality of work is excellent, they are very efficient and the pricing for our job was fair and reasonable. I would 100% recommend them to anyone considering any type of home improvements.

In a nutshell: Capa Builders will do a superb job for you - John, JC and their crew are thorough, detailed, neat, highly-skilled, patient, excellent communicators, and the quality of their work is impeccable. Do not hesitate to hire them! I cannot recommend them highly enough.The whole story: our very old home was flooded by Ida and we decided to rebuild. The scope of the project was massive. Our first floor was gutted down to the studs and the months-long project involved foundation work, building a new mechanical room, adding a bathroom, putting in a new kitchen, rewiring the entire house, carpentry, masonry, drywall, plumbing, painting, laying flooring...you name it, they probably did it.Every step of the way there was clear, direct communication. John gave us a detailed written estimate and his subs fully assessed our project before he gave us the estimate. The crews are clean and neat. Everything at the end of the day was always cleaned up and organized and out of the way - even when our house was an empty shell. All the permits were acquired and properly displayed. I Googled all of the subs that they work with and all of them also individually have good reviews across the board. The quality of Capa's work is next level. I can't add photos with this review right now for reasons, but as soon as I can I will add photos.Doing a home renovation is stressful, but doing it because of a natural disaster without having planned for it was traumatic. I can honestly say that Capa Builders added ABSOLUTELY zero stress to this entire thing but have actually eliminated stress because anytime I talk to John or JC I am put at ease about things. I really cannot say enough good things about them. John and his crew are fantastic! John came on short notice to answer concerns we had about footing under our concrete slab. He gave us some guidance and then wrote up an invoice for the work to put a beam in place of a load bearing wall. Not only did he respond to our inquiry early, he ordered the lumber and had it installed in less than a week and a half (the work was done in half a day). His crew was great and there were no issues during installation. Highly recommend!!

I used Capa builders to assist with a structure issue in the basement of the home I was selling. They were extremely responsive and got the job done sooner than expected! John was great to work with! The estimate was accurate and he kept in mind my budget. I am very pleased with there work and would definitely recommend and use again.

We had Capa come out to remove our old back door and replace with a new sliding glass door. The project was a bit more work than first glance as additional frame work was needed to accommodate the sliding glass door. Capa was professional the entire process and was here and done in only a few hours. Completed cleaned up the area afterwards, was like they were never here. 10/10 would recommend again.Service: Remodeling
