My elderly parents hired Doyle Adjustment Group to handle a small claim related to a minor leak from the fridge that cause water damage in their kitchen and basement (below the leak). The claim has been outstanding (and their kitchen a total mess) for months. We've had to relocate both Thanksgiving and Christmas elsewhere. My father has been reaching out for the past two weeks and has not had any sort of response. Totally unacceptable.

We had a devastating house fire last year right before christmas. John got us into a hotel 5 mins from home that night and we were in a beautiful rental home before christmas. He helped us find homes for our pets and even personally adopted one and keeps us updated on the little guy. He was able to get us everything we deserved and more. Our entire home has been rebuilt inside and out and we're moving back in this week on our one year anniversary. John never missed a phone call with us and kept us informed the entire process. FIVE STARS!!!Tad just recently helped us get paid on TWO claims – one of which was an existing claim from 2021!In 2021, we had significant water damage throughout 2 floors our house and we got next to nothing from our insurance company. From 2021 through early 2023, we were working with our old insurance adjuster (who was beyond horrible) to get more money and we were basically at a stopping point because our insurance company wasn’t going to give us anything. We still had to fix the floors and walls in our kitchen and basement, and we had no money.In early 2023, we had to open a new, totally separate claim because of smoke damage from a fire in a neighbor’s house. Now we had TWO open claims and an insurance company that was giving us no help. We were totally stuck.We found Tad and Doyle Adjustment Group when they were checking in our neighbor who had the fire. We hired Tad to help us with our smoke claim – when he was in our house, he asked why we had the subfloor exposed in our kitchen, so we told him what was going on with our water claim from 2021. We explained everything to him and he told us he could help us with the water claim, so we hired him for that claim as well.Fast forward to today, and we have gotten paid significantly from our insurance company on BOTH claims and our house is fully put back together and is finally our “home” again. If anything ever goes wrong with our house in future, there is no doubt Tad and Doyle Adjustment Group will be our first call!!FIVE STARS!!!

Tad and the Doyle team quickly resolved an insurance claim that stemmed from a contractor damaging our hard wood floors. We had tried to do the “right thing” and work directly with the contractor’s insurance and realized after many conversations they were taking limited ownership to make us whole for the damages incurred.Our biggest mistake was not engaging the Doyle team from day one!! I asked to be released from my contract so I could hire someone who could actually help me...crickets.I got a check from Statefarm for the same amount they would have given me without hiring an adjuster. I have been living with major water damage in my house for 9 MONTHS because I mistakenly hired this company. 25 years and I have never turned in a claim to my insurance.
