Miller restoration company was at my house after the big storm last week. I had a lot of water in my basement. They did an excellent job. There were three young men here and they worked very hard and very long. It was Sean, Jason and Sam and they were so friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. Best service I could have expected! My parents had a flood and Miller got out to give me an honest & accurate estimate. They did the job very quickly even with the Christmas holiday! Chris was amazing with the estimate, work & amazing communication, going beyond expectations in helping with trach removal. From my initial contact at the office with Isabel, I felt comfortable and heard. I was able to schedule an appointment within the week. Although it was hard to see the removal of the effected dry wall, baseboard molding and a few rows of the hardwood flooring, it was necessary to determine the extent of the water damage and to check for mold.The team members who came to my home were prompt, efficient and kept me apprised of how the moisture/mold was being rectified day by day. I appreciate Anthony Lasorsa for his thorough work on the demo, in addition to the other people involved to include Phil Gilson, Justin Philharter, Brandon, Shawn, Josh and Devon. I HIGHLY recommend using Miller Restoration if you experience damage to your home.

I cannot say enough good things about the professionalism of this company. I am a general contractor and refer Miller Restoration to clients when they are in need. They always do an amazing job and they have great customer service. And they are local.This last week I recommended them for a new client that had a mold infestation that was as bad as I have ever seen. Chris from Miller was able to address the problem quicky and efficiently. I was afraid the bath would need to be fully gutted, but Chris was able to assess the cause and correct without added remodeling. This was a win/win: the problem was solved quickly and without a costly remodel for the client.Chris also took the time to follow up with me to review his assessments so that I could finish up my work in tandem with his so that this problem will be resolved for good. I have had to use Miller Restoration Services multiple times over the years and each time they have continued to earn my repeat business. This time, when our basement flooded after the recent rains, they were able to come out promptly, offer a detailed assessment and estimate, and start remediation efforts right away. Shawn and Cory were professional, prompt, and had clear and honest communications. I would highly recommend them and will use Miller Restoration again should I ever need to (but hope I don't have to, lol).

I recently had some water damage in several rooms of my home due to an overflowing toilet. Within a few hours of me contacting my insurance company, Justin from Miller Restoration was there. He was very professional, friendly and empathetic, which put my mind at ease in a stressful situation. He explained the process and was thorough in his work. On the last day of mitigation, Anthony and Josh came out to remove the rest of the equipment and a loveseat that was unsalvageable. They, too, were extremely friendly and professional. I am so glad that my husband made the decision to contact Phil Harter(Miller)to do the clean-up from what turned out to be a massive leak in our bedroom from the recent storm we had. The insurance broker gave us a list of approved names and said that this was the company that they usually recommend. My husband called most of the companies and Miller got back to us immediately!! Brandon Undheim contacted my husband letting him know when he would be here and communicated from the beginning. Brandon came to do the work and spent hours ripping out the wet wall, insulation etc. It was a mess! He stayed really late til he got everything done. There was a roofing company that made a temporary repair on the roof but the next rainstorm, a day later, brought another leak. Brandon was back to remediate that as well. He was so hard working & excellent in communicating with us which was greatly appreciated. He just left my house, took all of his blowers, dehumidifier, any addition trash and had taped up the damaged area with plastic to help with dust insulation, the cold etc and make it a little more livable. I would HIGHLY, highly, highly recommend!!

I’ve worked with countless other restoration AND construction companies as a sub-contractor, and Miller Restoration is by far the best at what they do.. so much so, I’ve been fortunate enough to become employed by them! So I can tell you.. Every single person in this company from the office, to the Technicians.. They truly care about what they do and take pride in their work. Fantastic Service-- They made what was a huge headache with the water damage and put it all back together for us. On July 9th at 9 pm, we arrived at our home to encounter 5 feet of water in our basement. Everything was damaged and lost. We contacted several restoration companies, and the only one available to respond was Miller Restoration. Within 1 hour, Justin arrived, assessed the damage, and offered reassurance that they would help us. He was courteous, empathic, and professional, which we needed amid our crisis. The company sent Phil and Mike, two competent, friendly, and hardworking individuals who diligently worked to remove the damaged property and discard, cut drywall, and dump the trash. The task was extensive, and it took several days for Phil, Mike, and Justin to clean up and dry out our basement. We communicated with the office regarding the assignment, and the admin staff and management were welcoming, supportive, and empathic to our concerns. Miller Restoration was the most exceptional service company imaginable....within 3 hours of making an insurance claim re flooding in a part of our home, Miller's mitigation team was here, led by Phil and Anthony on day 1, who took out all the flooring in the affected rooms... then over the next few days, Sean and Chris continued adjusting fans and monitoring the drying process after they took out 1 and a half walls. Then, when the Miller repair team became available, Jessica was an amazing communicator and facilitator, and her team, led by Ty, was flawlessly attentive, friendly, constantly sensitive to our needs during Easter holiday, and masterful re the quality of their repair work. Kyle, Sean, and Chris joined Ty during the 2 week repair process and were also great in every way. The Miller's clerical staff throughout (Isabella?, William, and Ashley, and perhaps others) were also superb. Miller Restoration did a great job! Shawn was initially sent out to assist with our water disaster, but we thought we may be able to handle it on our own. We wound up cancelling.Once we started it ourselves we quickly realized it was much more than we could handle. We decided to call in the morning to reschedule. We experienced significant water spillage and collection due to a ruptured basement sewer pipe.Our insurance adjustor contacted Miller Restoration for us. Miller's project manager reached out to us within an hour to schedule a visit to our home.Justin arrived a day later on Saturday morning, to assess the damages and needed clean-up. Justine was courtesy, professional, and respectful of our belongings.Justin immediately began the necessary remediation of our basement. Floor coverings were placed over our carpeting to ensure that they remained unsoiled. He assured us that he would return the next day to check-up on the progress of the remediation.
