I do not usually write reviews but wanted to share my experience with Towers Roofing. I received 3 estimates and Enrico responded and came out over the weekend. He did not pressure me or give me a sales pitch like the others. I choose Towers to do the job. Enrico was a pleasure to work with and was always available and responsive to any questions or concerns. We got a new roof, gutters, gutter guards, siding and the soffit and fascia were covered and looks outstanding! No more painting wood. This was completed in 3 1/2 days including the weekend. Everything was meticulously cleaned up and Enrico even considered my dogs need to go out. I also had an address sign that was made out of tile that was seemingly attached to the house permenetly and he successfully removed it without cracking it in pieces. Needless to say I cannot say enough good things and hands down would highly recommend Towers Roofing.Services: Gutter installation, Roof installation

I recently had a shingle roof installed by Towers. While Enrico is friendly and personable, there were some issues with the craftsmanship. It was inferred that Towers had regular employees but the workers who showed up were random day laborers from a company in NJ.While I was not home for the installation, I came home to find damage to my bushes and shrubs from material falling on them (Enrico purchased a replacement hydrangea tree). The quality of work was less than to be desired. In two areas, there was different size drip edge installed (mismatched), some of the shingles were overhanging twice the manufacturer specified length, shingles were cut unevenly and flashing looked terrible. It was obvious most of the workers lacked any skill and had zero training.After three return visits, and a lot of headaches,I have a marginally acceptable product but I wonder what customers without any construction knowledge are left with.I have paid my bill in full as per the original estimate. As long as this review is up, there have been no changes to my experience.

Towers Roofing responded quickly when called and promptly made a very reasonable estimate for new gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards. Once we agreed to the terms Enrico got his team on site quickly and they did the entire job in two days. The new gutters look great, and it's a relief not to have to worry about clogged gutters anymore.I highly recommend this company!

EXCELLENT WORK! Do not look any further, this is the company to call. I called Enrico on a late Saturday afternoon for a price to do my roof, he called me back right away and came out on a Sunday morning (the very next day)to take a look. The following day he had a detailed price for replacing the roof on my house, garage and gutters. After meeting with him, I knew he was the guy I wanted to work on my home. He is not only the owner, but he is the one that will also be there and do the work. He is a great guy & family man & takes the time to explain everything to you and uses no sales gimmicks. The day before the roof was done, all the materials were delivered along with the dumpster. The job was completed the same and and it was Fabulous work. The crew cleaned up all the trash/old roofing the same day along with running magnet roller to pick up dropped nails. He came back the next day on a Sunday to make sure everything looked good and even rechecked the entire property for any nails left behind. When you deal with most roofing companies, you deal with a salesman and not the person who will be doing the job, not with Towers roofing, You deal with the owner and he is the one doing the job with his crew along side of him. Enrico was the first one there and the last to leave. His price he quoted was the price that he charged. He takes so much pride in his work and is honest.If you want the most stress-free experience when you need a roof or roof repair, don’t waste time calling others and call Towers Roofing, you will not be disappointed. A+++

Enrico and his crew do FANTASTIC work. If I could give 10 stars I would. I reached out to Enrico to get an estimate for a new roof and he texted back in minutes and was at my house within the hour. His quote was very reasonable (and he has super easy options for financing) but what impressed me the most was his kindness and work ethic. He really takes pride in his work and it shows. I had some bad leaks and while he was doing the estimate he took the time to show me where some of them might be and patch them with his own caulk. On the day of the new roof, he was the first one here and the last one to leave. I even noticed that the guys custom made a few channels to divert water away from my house, some in places that barely anyone would ever notice. It's details like this that mean the most to me. Look no further than Towers Roofing!

I have nothing but good things to write about Towers Roofing.This story starts with my wife saying, "Dear, I see some water marks in the ceiling of one of the upstairs closets", continues with me climbing into the attic and feeling dread as I see daylight shining through the mesh in a section of the roof where a roof ridge vent should be, and ends with a job well done and much gratitude for Enrico Torres who was able to fix the problem the same day I called and about 24 hours before a huge storm dumped almost 2 inches of rain in our area.I got Enrico's name from a neighbor who recommended him. I texted him some pictures and he knew exactly what needed to be done and gave me an estimated cost over the phone. You know how you talk with a professional contractor and you can tell they know what they're talking about? Yeah, that's Enrico. We had a good talk about the builder's choice of vent systems and which ones are superior to others and why.I won't hesitate to use this company again and I recommend you consider them also.

Enrico is among the most trustworthy contractors I've come across. We had a leak in our Phoenixville rowhome and hecame out three separate times to try and find the issue. After much communication and the replacement of flashing and shingles he was honest in that it might be beneficial for us to get a separate set of eyes as the issue was not being resolved. He refunded our payment after coming up short and unfortunately also lost out on the time and materials he put into the job. We both were disappointed it couldn't be resolved but I'd hire Enrico again without question on the way he handled everything.

Working with Towers Roofing is a fantastic customer experience. I recently switched insurance companies and was saddled with last minute roof repairs that were required before the policy would take effect. I called Towers Roofing and explained my situation to Marlena, the owner’s wife. She was extremely pleasant and said she would pass the info on to her husband and he would contact me ASAP. The owner, Enrico, reached out to me within the hour and said he could come out the next day to take a look. He arrived the next morning (which was a Saturday!) and not only did he take a look, but was able to complete the repairs then and there! He definitely saved us from what was otherwise a stressful situation. I highly recommend Towers Roofing to anyone looking for roof work. Enrico was incredibly responsive and professional. Within 1 day of contacting him for a quote he was able to email me a detailed proposal with aerial drone footage and measurements of my roof. He happily priced out upgrade options for my gutters and he even fixed my chimney. Our roof was original from when we built our home and Towers Roofing was suggested to us from another firm who is doing work at our home. First impressions mean a lot and Enrico did not disappoint. Very energetic and outgoing, one could tell he took pride in his work and cared a lot that we would be satisfied with his services. We did our due diligence, checked reviews, had other contractors bid on the job, etc. - in then end, we chose Enrico. The roof was completed in one long day and if you walked around the home, you could not tell - it was that clean. Enrico came back the next morning to insure they had not missed anything. Towers Roofing was Amazing. I called them amongst others for some repair service due to some leaks in our roof. We had at least a 2 day wait due to the recent storms, but Towers Roofing was able to accommodate us the very same morning of our call with them.Enrico was a pleasure to work with and was very open to helping us make the right decisions regarding our repairs. Amazing service!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!During a 4 day rain storm, my ceiling started leaking (all of our worst nightmares). It was 7pm on a Tuesday and no one was open EXCEPT Tower showing open. I called and explained my situation and he was at our house in 20 minutes. Luckily the rain slowed down while he checked things out. Found a leak and fixed it IN THE RAIN. I'm eternally grateful and will be keeping Tower in mind the next time I have roofing needs.

If I could give more then 5 stars I would! I had some water spots show up on my bedroom ceiling after the recent rain. Enrico was very responsive, professional and courteous. He fixed many nails that were coming out of the shingles causing water to drip in to the ceiling. I live in a townhome so probably not considered a "big" job. Separately, as a courtesy to me he was able to measure a missing shutter that my HOA requires me to replace....which happens to be on a 3rd floor window. It is nearly impossible to find a contractor who is capable of reaching a 3rd floor window AND willing to take on a "small" job like measuring a shutter (my HOA was not able to provide but they were happy to fine me for the missing shutter....I digress!) Enrico happily took the measurements for me which saved me a lot of stress! What a stand up guy....hard to find these days with contractors!!!!
