Sean and his team did a fantastic job from start thru completion. The proposal was very detailed identifying all issues to be repaired with costs, and also potential unknowns and associated charges. They emailed detailed status reports (or called) every few days, and the finished work looked great, and was completed within the expected time frame and cost. We highly recommend Ai.

Ai Restoration performed a stucco remediation project on my home. I had a leak coming through the stucco into my home. They took the time to answer all of my questions, thoroughly explaining what caused the leak, how they would repair it and how their system would prevent it from happening again. The Traditions at Ridley Creek Condominium Complex were very happy with the $1 million plus siding replacement project Ai recently completed (October 2023). The company replaced the stucco on the front of my house, replaced the rotted wood etc.,and installed new windows. I used AI Restoration to remediate the stucco and stone on two walls of my house. The job they did was fantastic. The workmanship was great. Each different crew knew exactly what to do. Brent, the manager, was wonderful in keeping me up to speed on the activity on my place. When the job was almost complete, AI sent a painting crew to touch up any spots that needed touch up. The crew actually came the next day to make sure they had done a complete job. AI sent a crew to wash the windows on the two walls at the end. They warranty their work, have great work crews, etc. I was very pleased to have them remediate my house.

Everyone hates using contractors to do a job. They never show up when they are supposed to, they leave unfinished work, they have hidden costs you weren't made aware of. Worst of all, they can take your deposit and go bankrupt leaving you high and dry. None of this was ever a concern with Ai Restoration. When I researched who to use to do my stucco remediation, I got lucky to find Ai. Sean Forbus came out and reviewed the job at my house, then presented me with a detailed description of the work that needed to be done with a quote. From this, I got the feeling I was dealing with a professional organization. I was right. When they came out to do the work, I was given a team of knowledgeable workers that followed through on everything. I ask a lot of questions and was never treated like I was bothering them. Even the few sub contractors Ai used on my job were from companies that they deal with on a regular basis - and Ai inspected their work and made sure I was happy. Overall, what I was worried would be a daunting task actually turned out to go very smoothly, and they weren't happy until I was. It was a pleasure dealing with Ai and I will gladly recommend them to anyone.

Ai did a wonderful job on our siding, stucco, and roof demolitions and then full restoration including adding a new porch and some other structural modifications. It was a long and complicated restoration, but the whole Ai team did a super job.
