6 years into my new roof installed by Rich Beres. It is leaking and I can't even get him to come out and look at it. I contacted him november 2018, said he would stop out, a month later called again, said he would stop out, called a third time and he would not return my call.Limited lifetime warranty on materials, 10 year labor warranty, Beres Roofing - USELESS.

Just had the roof, trim, and gutters replaced. Everything was done professionally, on budget, and as described. Final price was right in the middle of the other estimates. It looks good, and we're happy with it.
