For your own safety do not use this company. They left my home a wreck and walked off with all of my money. Also 2 of my friends gave him money and no work was done and disappeared. Turns out not even a permit was filed. Stay away ! Stay away from Soto realty trust as well it’s the same group of people. This has been going on now for 2 years.Service: Remodeling

They started off work great, but then they started taking time off, they took 3 weeks off to get the building permit (after about 2 months of already working) and I found out towards the end that they never even got the permit. Then they REFUSED to give me a complete breakdown of all the costs on 1 list (they have sent multiple different estimates with different thing repeated on them so it was hard to see how much i actually owed). Then when i refused to give them a check near the end (because they weren't done yet, there are nails and screws popping through the wall/ceilings in some spots, the paint wasnt taped off and left Mark's on the ceiling, they broke off the tops of my banisters outside on my porch, etc) they packed up their stuff and left and ignored my calls. Very childish of them to do this and very unprofessional. They were supposed to come back in a week to put my backsplash up and connect the plumbing after the countertops are installed and they will not be showing up. These guys are a joke, they ask for 50% money up front, 25% halfway through, and the last 25% at the end. By the time the halfway point came around, they had already made me pay 80% (according to the numbers they sent me) and kept asking for more. They didnt clean up any of the mess they left outside around the dumpster, there are cigarette butts all over my yard, nails in my driveway, and there is a giant hole in one wall that they cut to hook up plumbing and left it open, and another hole in the second bathroom for the same reason. I could keep going but for anyone who's looking to hire these guys I think I gave enough reason for you not to.Edit: YOU say I owe 6k. According to my paperwork, that you sent me, I owed less than 2k. You also continually refused to send me an updated cost breakdown and kept trying to add more money onto it without telling me what it was for when I asked multiple times. Dont try to blame your absolutely sh*tty work on me not paying you.
