One of the first questions I asked Joe had to do with his installers. My question was " Do you have your own team or do you sub contract." He assured me that the team works for him. That was important to us. We knew then, they would back their work and we could call upon them if need be.What a wonderful experience from the owner, to the office staff and of course the team of installers. They arrived on time and worked diligently. The team works well together. The installers were meticulous in their work. If I didn't seem right to them they worked at it until it was right. Everyone of them was respectful of our home. Cleaned up after them selves. We have recommended this company without hesitation! We will hire them again when we change our sliding glass doors.No need to hesitate calling them if you have work to be done.We are very satisfied with the results.

The whole staff is professional and prompt. This includes the office, sales, production manager. and installers. The windows themselves are beautiful, made our home warmer, and cut down on the highway noise inside our home. Setting up financing and online payments was also super easy with their finance lender. We would definitely use this company again and recommend them to friends.

Northeast Window's did our roof today and did an amazing job. So far the whole experience has been positive. The crew was professional and thorough -even with the light rain they still were able to finish in one day. They worked well together and you could tell they knew their jobs well. Even the cleanup was great. The office personnel were helpful and informative as well, from setting up getting us a quote to getting us samples and scheduling us in with the backlog I'm sure they had due to the pandemic. We highly recommend this company.

Joe (the owner) came out sat down with us and went through a few window ideas. My wife liked him right off the bat because it reminded her of her father and his business strategy and commitment, so she already had her mind made up with who we were going with (plus our dog liked him). We did not go with the cheapest company, we had well over a handful of companies come in, that is not why we were looking for windows. We wanted an honest company, one that felt like we were not being sold just windows. I can't say how awesome the new windows look. I didn't think I would be so happy spending money on windows but hey I guess that is adulting for you! The guys were amazing showed up right on time, got right to work like well oiled machines, had everything out and in before we could even finish a pot of coffee (no joke 13 windows replaced). Tom, the customer rep was polite and professional on initial on site visit when providing quote and contract. I requested an upgrade/change to the contract within a day or two. NE Windows immediately made the change request.The day of installation I stayed home from work and made myself available to the crew if they needed anything and stated that I would be working upstairs on another project. I checked in periodically without being a pain in the neck and continued working on my project. I heard their truck start, they were going leave without saying a word or giving any instructions on how to operate & maintain my new windows. I caught them leaving & inquired about settling up on the bill and questioned if the change to the contract was reflected on the bill, I sensed that they didn’t want to deal with my question or simply call the office to confirm that the additional charges were on the bill. I said I would reach out to Tom the company rep. The installers couldn’t get out of here fast enough which will always make me wonder the quality of the install, were they in a hurry & cut corners? Time will tell! Slow forward almost 3 months later I receive an email with a thank you for using NE Windows, the owner’s manual and a link for this customer review.Update! Cindy, the Operations Manager contacted me and wanted to discuss my experience with the window installers, offered both an apology and explanation as to why it took so long to receive my owners manual which was a new computer program that hadn’t been implemented yet. Just to reiterate I did not experience any problems whatsoever with anyone at the office when we spoke on the phone or Tom when he was at my house providing a quote. Cindy assured me that all of their window installers are qualified professionals and would not cut corners when installing the windows. Although I am still not thrilled with how the installers conducted themselves after completing the installation, I appreciate Cindy reaching out to me. With that said I prefer to use local family owned businesses when having work done on my house and would certainly consider Northeast Window in the future.

My only problem is that you can't give them more than 5 stars! Beyond top notch. Absolutely 100 percent fantastic work, quality attentivness.. even a year later and they are still attentive to our questions and guidance. You can't find any better customer service and interaction. Highly recommend!

I am extremely happy with everything you have all done from the customer service to the gutter installation. Bill was fabulous with all his patience and many trips out here to make sure I was happy with all the details from the original plan to final job. The windows are top notch... very smooth operating and heavy duty screens. The siding is thicker than the competition and the installation was flawless. Gutters just finished today and wow as well. Cannot recommend Northeast Window enough! The office staff, sales staff and installation crew are all amazing. This is my second time using Northeast (windows and roof) and they are the only company I call. The Toms replaced my picture window and they went above and beyond. When they were finished it was like they were never even here. If you have high expectations for your projects, use Northeast. My wife and I couldn't be more thrilled with the communication, service and responsiveness to our questions. The only small and I mean very small issue I can say is that upon arrival to begin the job, they didn't let us know that they had arrived. More importantly, when the crew finished, they did not announce that they were done. I have no idea if they were coming back or if they'd completed the job. Minor, but something we thought was odd. This is a great company to work with. From the initial meeting with Joe to the installation with Bob, Rick, Jason and Sean, to my calls to Christie in the office, everyone is very nice and knowledgeable and friendly. The cost is fair and affordable. The windows are high quality and the work is top notch. The crew was here on time, they worked quickly and efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, and finished the job ahead of schedule. We had 14 new windows installed and they were done in one day. I recently had 13 windows installed by Northeast Window. I had done research for several weeks and received quotes from multiple contractors (when they finally showed up) and various window manufactures (Anderson, Pella, Marvin, Simonton). Northeast Window far exceeded all the other contractors i contacted.During my initial meeting , Joe took the time to provide the various window types and different options available. The most critical decision for me was matching the current grid style with my other windows. Within a few days, Joe emailed me the quote and within a couple of days i made my decision to purchase the OKNA 800 series. My decision was based on the quality, cost and grid pattern of the windows. The cost was significantly less with outstanding quality.The installation team led by Tom did an outstanding job. They were on time, very professional and the installation was flawless. They removed all the old windows and installed the new windows with new sills within 2 days (Middle of January). Overall we are very pleased with our new windows, especially the grid pattern along less noise and no more drafts .Joe, I just wanted to thank you and your team for a great job and providing a quality product at a reasonable price. We have used North East windows twice. First time to replace all the porch windows. The job was not easy since it is an old house. We are now able to sit on the the porch for 3 seasons. Recently we got basement windows replaced . Which was not an easy job since the window had a dryer vent. Had our windows done last week, everyone was extremely friendly and professional from the office to the guys installing the windows. We had about 16 windows done and they took a day and a half to get them done. They didn't take breaks or slack off. They hustled the whole time and it looks beautiful.
