Had some storm damage that needed a quick fix to prevent further damage. I heard great things about Smith & Miller from family and friends and also read the good reviews here. I called them and Andrew immediately put me on their repair schedule. Within a few days Tim from S&M showed up to make the repairs. He was professional and very personable but more importantly very skilled at his trade. Within a couple hours Tim had made the repairs and my roof looked like the damage had never occurred. I called because after a recent windstorm, I found roof shingles in my yard. As promised, Andrew from Smith/Miller came at the scheduled time. He checked my attic for leaks and then went on to the roof. Turns out the scraps of roofing I found were not from my house. Andrew used a drone to also check my rental property next door. He left me with the good news that my roof was intact and probably had about two years of life left to it. Andrew was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him.

Having the benefit of seeing Smith & Miller’s work on a handful of homes the company was a clear choice when selecting contractors for the roof and siding repairs on our grandparents house following storm damage. I knew I could communicate well with them and set a reasonable expectation for the outcome of the project with little to no supervision of the project or resulting stress. Everyone at Smith & Miller is great from the women in the office, to the knowledgeable estimator, to the crew. The project exceeded any of our expectations and our grandparents could be happier. Grandma says the house finally looks like her dream home again that they’ve lived in since the 70s. I only wish I had chosen to use them a few years back when we remodeled. Don’t get me wrong, there’s other good contractors out there in NEPA, but this company is top shelf.

Beautiful new roof at a reasonable price. Professional consultation with Andrew who was knowledgeable about all aspects of install including insurance issues. Office staff was friendly and responsive. Work was scheduled within a reasonable time frame. Roofers did a great job in one day, protected the property next door and cleaned up everything. The owner even came by to meet me at the beginning of the job. Very happy overall and would use this company again.

Just had Smith & Miller out to my house, I thought I had a roof issue. Andrew checked out a water spot on my upstairs' ceiling. After inspecting the inside roof from the attic, he determined it was not the roof but a PVC elbow on a pipe that vents to the roof, that had a crack in it. (Not the roof).
