I worked with Paul to get my roof replaced and the entire experience from start to finish was fantastic! From the first time I contacted him to the roof bring finished was less than 2 weeks. The actual removal of the old roof and installing the new one took a little more than 1 day. Everything looks great and you would never know they were there based on cleanup. We lost some shingles mid December in a wind storm; not the best time of year for roof repair. We had called 2 contractors; leaving a message at one with no return call, and the other had a full mailbox, couldn't even leave a message.On a Monday afternoon we called Tri-State Roofing and Paul answered the phone, we like him already, he actually answered the phone!We were able to send him pictures of the damage and let him know we had spare shingles. Fortunately the next day was warm and sunny. Paul came, as promised and made the repairs. He wasted no time and got right to work. Words can’t express my relief when Paul pulled up to my double wide modular home to fix a hole in my roof that was leaking right into my living room! It was fixed the same day! I was so satisfied with the service that I also hired him to replace my shed roof. Paul and Caleb replaced the roof, fascia and rotten wood at a fair and decent price. They were confident with their expertise and experience. Also, polite, courteous, honest and fair. There was not a stitch of debris left nearby! How do you spell RELIEF?!
