I have purchased three used GM vehicles from Dean & Tim since 2018. Laid back, easy to work with and took care of an issue which cropped up on a used GMC truck I bought, no problems. Far less BS than working with the larger dealerships in the area.

This family owned small town dealership is a long lost treasure. I bought my daughter a 2015 Malibu, bought myself a very nice lifted 2013 Silverado, and my parents traded a GMC Canyon for a 2023 Trailblazer... All in less than a month. If you're tired of huge dealerships giving you the runaround or not catering to your wants or needs, go to Wood Chevrolet. They treat customers like old friends, they will continue to get my business for years to come.

I spoke to the owner in person and he told me a vehicle I wanted was in transit and I would be first to buy it. I told him I have my vehicle sold. He told me they would do the transfer at the dealership and I could buy the new vehicle. I called the day before to do the transfer and was told the new truck was sold. So now, my only transportation is being sold who I promised a guy my truck and Woods dealership back out on my purchase of a new truck. A Wood deal gone BAD.

my fiancé bought a truck back in february and the check engine light was on and they said it was a bad sense that they “fixed” and within 3 weeks the truck motor blew up. DONT GO HERE!everyone one we knew that bought a vehicle from them have had bad experiences!

Stay away from this dealership! Not worth even a one star rating.Staff is really rude and they really don’t care to sell you a vehicle. I stopped in to look at a vehicle and test drive it. When I left for a test drive someone from the dealership went through my car and didn’t even ask if I was trading a vehicle in. When I returned they asked if I was trading my vehicle and I said NO. They started scrambling because they already had numbers worked out as if I were. I told them I was going to buy two vehicles from them, one used and one brand new. They said good luck and wouldn’t work a deal with me at all.GO SOMEPLACE ELSE!!

just bought a 2018 chevy equinox from them a week ago. dean and tim very both very helpful. when i got there both cars that i called about where sitting out front with ready to go. the price was amazing and i wont buy from any other dealer ever. they have my business for life. thanks again dean and tim for the great car buying experience.

Don’t buy from this dealer. I tried to buy a car here they approved my loan and sent me home with the vehicle. 4 days later after I paid for a dual exhaust they said I have to return the car the loan wasn’t approved. They would not reimburse me for the exhaust that I had receipts for. And Shelley’s auto in uniontown approved me for a loan 3 days later. Go anywhere but here.

My experience doesn't even rate on the stars, I took my car there with a note detailing the work to be performed and stating that I would not pay for "extra" work. I received a phone call in the morning stating that the agreed upon price for the work had risen by over 250%, I asked them to then not doing any work to the car and stated I would be in later that afternoon to pick up the vehicle. Upon pick up I was charged for "diagnostic" work that was *NOT* asked for nor needed to perform the work to be done. I will never take anything back there or every look at a vehicle there. If you are considering doing either of these I *STRONGLY* suggest you reconsider.

I bought a truck there a few years ago and the service was good but my friend just bought a car and had nothing but trouble with it and toke it back several times for the same problems and was never fixed right and the engine has oil leaks and the service department said that was normal my advice is not to go there
