My parents are older and usually have me help them when they need work in the home done. So I was visiting and they had several letters about hail damage. I contacted 3 contractors and liked the guy from Modern Xteriors best. He answers his phone and there's no nonsense with him. He does what he says he'll do and he's honest about it. There is nothing about this company I don't like. It's a well run business and the owner always went a step beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied. They showed up on time and left without leaving a trace that they were here except that my home looks so much better having them do all this work. What we enjoyed most about the experience with Modern Xteriors was the honesty and accuracy of both the bid and the time it would take to complete the project. Our roof had to be replaced and along with replacing the roof Mike discussed options for enhancing the look of the house by updating the gutters. The team showed up at the time agreed upon and completed the roof and gutter very professionally.
