I (obviously) had a leak and contacted this company. They sent someone out the next day for diagnostics. They were able to fix our issue with the equipment in their truck. The man was very polite and professional. I can't say I'm happy to have to pay for repairs, but dealing with this company was overall nice and easy. Happy with the work and the guarantee offered on the life of the roof. Would recommend.

Way overpriced. Charged me $700 to fix the flashing around my vent. Said he could have it done in an hour and a half. 15 minutes later he was done. Will never call for service again. Told me my foundation is leaking. Definitely will be getting a second opinion from another company

Way, way over priced. Be patient, check with a few roofers for a better price. I have been buying and selling homes for 15 years, and this might be the worst pricing I have gotten from a contractor. Also, any roofer says they are charging $195 for an inspection for a price quote, walk away. It is a dead give away they are over priced.The roof was hardly a steep pitch, fortunately. And I asked for pictures before they were done, and he forgot and had to go back. Seriously, a ton of better roofers out there. This company charged me $1000 for a $300 fix and pretended they were doing me a favor with a discount, and stood over me while I left a good review under duress. These guys are outrageously immoral. I wish I could give no stars, The experience left me extremely upset.

We have a very small flat townhouse roof (approximately 480 to 500 sq ft). We had a very small leak in the bathroom. Jon came out the next day, inspected the roof and told us there were various cracks and that he could come back that afternoon to do a roof tune up for the price of $4,600. With rain in the forecast for the next few days we agreed – PLEASE DON’T MAKE THE SAME EXPENSIVE MISTAKE WE MADE – TAKE THE TIME TO GET ANOTHER QUOTE. We did not realize that it would only take 1 person 2 ½ hours to complete this “roof tune up”. I asked for an itemized bill – they gave me a better bill but still did not breakdown the cost of materials and the cost of labor. They said they charge a flat rate to do the work. So if someone has a 1000 sq ft roof, does the roof tune up cost them $4,600 as well? I don’t mind paying for work to be done but this was beyond OUTRAGEOUS. I even wrote them a letter to see if they misquoted me. They were very professional and responded that they have 43 years of experience as a roof leak specialist company which means they can charge higher prices for repair and diagnostic services and that they spend considerable time diagnosing and locating the issue – is ½ hour a considerable amount of time diagnosing the issue? That is all it took for Jon to say we needed a roof tune up and that he could do it that afternoon. We were fools and feel taken and just want to make sure that you should definitely get another opinion…..we knew this but didn’t follow our own advice.Service: Roof inspection

Mike Evangelist and his team were extremely responsive, professional, and trustworthy for the work we needed done. We were quoted for a completely new roof from a different company but when getting a second opinion from them we were able to save more than $7,000. Also, not have to tear up a perfectly good roof. They came out within a day of calling, completed an inspection, and identified where the leak in our roof was coming from. They then explained exactly what they would be doing, materials they would be using, and why the leak occurred in the first place. The honesty and thoroughness of their work is why I am leaving this raving review. They’re initial inspection does come with a small fee but they are upfront about that and it is worth it for quality service and the proper recommendations if the work is out of their scope. Called this company out for a roof leak after finding water spots in my bathroom ceiling. After coming out and diagnosing the problem as flashing around vent pipes, they replaced it for an outrageous price. Come the next rainstorm, I went up to my attic and found water still leaking through. After coming back out, they wanted hundreds more to “fix” the leak around some of the vents on the roof from the bathroom fans/dryer. The worker was courteous and agreed to caulk around the vents for no additional charge (5 minutes worth of work), but the prices for their services are ridiculous.

Had an issue with water leaking into my enclosed porch. I tried everything— new roofs, gutters, windows etc. Finally came across this company. Called on a Friday afternoon and they were here Monday! Using an infrared device, he detected the problem and within a couple hours, had it repaired! INCREDIBLY OVERPRICED and their repair didn’t work.I had pipe collars leaking and causing damage to my ceiling. They did come out as scheduled and that is why I gave a one star, I wouldn’t have given a star if google allowed me to. They knew I was getting water and in a rush to have this repaired, and boy did they take advantage of us. $1200 (cash price) later for their “lifetime guaranteed No Leak system” and there was still a leak. I didn’t bother to call them because I was convinced they would tell me it was something else and not their collar.I had another company come out to make the same repair, at $200, and found out that these guys simply slid their “guaranteed” system right over the old damaged collar, no wonder it leaked. The new contractor brought down the evidence for me to see.Price these guys out and you’ll see how ridiculous their pricing is. Don’t make the same mistake I made.
