He explained the whys, and was extremely knowledgeable. We are new to the area so finding contractors and companies is a bit nerve racking because you don't know who you can trust. I called Spring Valley to get a quote for my roof, although I was not looking forward to it, I was in desperate need of a new one. I spoke to a representative who informed me of the entire process, and I went ahead and scheduled an appointment. Glen came from SVR and did a thorough inspection, he even checked the attic which I was not expecting. When all was finished, we sat down with Glen to discuss his findings and even looked at some pictures he took during his walkthrough. After we talked about the installation process, I decided to move forward with the project. I had my roof replaced recently. I considered several proposals but chose Spring Valley because they projected an air of professionalism and competence. They cared about their work and did an excellent job for a fair price. Replacing a roof is not something that I was looking forward to, but the experience with Spring Valley was extremely pleasant.They exceeded all my expectations. Chris and his team were professional, responsive and most of all they cared. After meeting with Chris to get a quote to replace our garage roof, replace gutters on our home and rebuild some crown molding on our home I knew I wanted to work with him. Had a roof put on a little over a year ago by this company. The quality of the roof is pretty good I have had a few issues I've called to have the owner to come out. And check out the problems he came out. He talked a good game said he was going to have his crew come out and check why there's a dip in my room now and I also asked for a price to get my gutters done have not heard from him since that was 2 months ago so if you want a big job done he'll get it done quick a little jobs or repairs probably unlikely to get done.

Chris ran into some issues after quoting our roof project and taking our deposit. He was not able to complete the job due to unforeseen issues. There were delays and communication issues but Chris was dealing with a family emergency. Chris tried to overcome the obstacles but we amicably agreed to move on and Chris refunded our deposit monies.Service: Roof installation
