Fantastic and nurturing service. After our housefire, the team at Blackwell stepped in immediately, and saw us through right until the very end. We were hit with a nightmare of water leak situations in our home. I had Blackwell come do an estimate for our first leak, and it was the best decision I made throughout the grueling process of having two leaks destroy a good majority of our home. Kevin their estimator came out and he made sure to listen to all our concerns and worked with me until the estimate included everything that we wanted done in the house. When it came almost time for our restoration to start, we found yet another leak in our home. I immediately called Phil the Rebuild Manager and asked for his opinion. In no time he had the mitigation team, and a plumber at our house addressing the situation. The way they came in and handled the entire situation was so relieving for us. It made me wish I had known to call them for our first leak. The Mitigation team managed by Mike and supported by Lance and Chris is great. From there, our restoration started for now, two sperate claims. As any restoration would, obstacles came up along the way. But what I can say is that Blackwell, and in particular Phil, did everything they could to rectify each obstacle. Every time I called Phil with an issue that I had, he would be at the house the same day to address it and fix it. No matter what time of day. Whenever I would tell him that I couldn’t begin to thank him enough he would simply respond with “that’s just the type of company we are, and the type of person I am” Accommodating isn’t a strong enough word to describe Phil and Blackwell as a whole. Phil came out so many times just to fix little things and ensure that we were always satisfied, Kevin came out a few times to help too. Now that the project is complete, we couldn’t be happier. Our house looks better than it ever has. And more importantly, I know that whenever we have an issue in our house, Blackwell will be the first place I call to come in and fix it. There aren’t enough thanks I can give Phil and Blackwell for the tireless effort in ensuring our 100% satisfaction. I cannot begin to recommend this company enough! I had the chance to meet each member of the staff, and they are all such nice and respectful people, that take pride in the company they work for. We bought a new home in July of 2021 and didn’t realize how impossible finding contractors at that time were. During this time getting home inspections during home sales were impossible and of course within the first month we found multiple issues that needed immediate repair. We contacted Blackwell Restoration and spoke to a nice young lady who got us in touch with a gentleman named Dan who is the owner of the outfit. He scheduled a time to inspect certain areas that let water in and what was affected. He showed up when scheduled with another gentleman named Phil and were very professional with my still being Covid conscious. My fiancé agreed on 2 projects involving carpet removal and drywall repair that were both done so efficiently that 2 more projects involving tile and tongue and groove (that Dan inspired with pictures of his own home) were scheduled. That turned into an entire basement remodel. These were always done in budgeted phases and Dan and Phil were always the workers that responded, and didn’t mind breaking it into smaller pieces for me to not to overspend on the new property. I can say nothing but good things about those two. When I tell you, this is the best company I have dealt with in a long time I am being completely honest. They came out immediately. They were professional and extremely knowledgeable and they handled the situation immediately as well. We had a relative in the hospital at the time, it was a very difficult day.
