If my wife and I could give less then 1 star we would. Our roof was not only installed wrong twice by them, but at only one year old it already requires replacement because of their terrible installation. They have been out to our home more then a dozen times to also address the gutters they installed which are also now starting to again fall off our garage. We have never seen such terrible work in all the time we have owned our home. The owner Jeff refuses to accept any responsibility and tries to turn the blame on us that he has lost too much money on the job to fix it. Terrible service. Stay far away from this nightmare!!!!

Stay away from this company. They did a job for a family member lthat is totally subpar. They agreed to make it right then went back on their word ignoring many text messages and emails. When I saw the photos of the work i couldnt believe it. Even put the blame on my family member that THEY lost money on the job because they had to redo their bad work. Even redone, it needs to be done again. Not until they left a negative review did they get a response blaming them! Shame on them! Word of mouth goes far. After getting quite a few estimates they went with this place which wasnt the lowest bid either. Im sure this will ignite yet another response from Jeff blaming them for their bad work. Dont believe it. Do NOT use this company if you want a quality job. They are unprofessional and this mess caused my family member alot of distress as well.

My roof was in really bad shape. I called these guys they were over here within a day. Gave me a really good estimate. They sit you down and explain to you what they're going to do to the roof. Quick response was done within a day. I highly recommend it these guys.

E&K came out during the colder winter days and got right to work, never hesitated when the weather got a little cooler and a brief snow squall and they stayed on task. My new roof is beautiful and made my home more efficient with the install of a dryer vent , which we were told would help. Jeff was punctual and very easy to work with. He sat down with me and went over the entire project with me. It put my mind at ease knowing he has done this for 25+ years. Including how the insurance works with a hail damage to siding and roof. During installation we had a few issues with product availability. The solutions he can up work Great. 2 years later the work is great and the products he selected have not failed. The crew at E&K did a great job for us. They were really solid at working with our insurance company. Other firms weren't so sure and Jeff at E&K took care of that effort for me so we were able to get the maximum amount less our deductible which was great! The E&K team worked on our roof and gutters while we were away on vacation and when we returned with everything completed. Everything looked really solid and our new skylights are nice too. Overall, I appreciated the updates from Jeff and his team and I felt secure leaving our house to them. We also had an electrician in that week (CW & Sons Electrical) and entire effort was professional. I thank Jeff and his team for coordinating so fluidly. Initial price quote was way off because they didn’t measure my skylights correct. After several months of waiting they finally completed the project only for me to find a large gap between the drywall and skylight. When I asked if they would fix this I was told they could drop off molding and I could do it myself. I finally got them to come take care of it and the craftsmenship was poor and I had to re-do it myself anyway. They also reinstalled my gutter guards terribly which now cause the rain to just flow over the gutters. Only call this company if you want to wait around and lose time at work just to have them not show up when they said they would. I was scheduled to have a guy look at my leak on Thursday got a call an hour before the appointment saying they needed to reschedule for Friday which was not a problem at all. Friday comes and the guy comes out to look at the roof without a ladder? Not really sure what kind of roofing company would not have a ladder but anyway he stated he would come back on Monday with a ladder. Monday comes and no one shows up finally get a hold of them at 5:00 and they tell me they can probably have someone come out by noon on Tuesday. What a joke this company is. Like I said if you want to delay your project or sit around waiting on no one to show up then this is the company for you!
