Previous owner of our home had them do a shingle roof install and some items (like 24 feet of Cobra ridge venting) were never installed, the gutters were all incorrectly pitched and missing fasteners, chimney flashing loose and not installer correctly/leaks, etc. Would still be under their "Gold package" warranty (that cost the owner extra) but a warranty doesn't matter if the business isn't around to make good on it. I recommend anyone who had their roof put on by this company have a reputable roofer come out and reinspect...chances are you got hosed too.
