George was great to work with! I called to set up an estimate and he came out within a week. He explained the estimate breakdown and the process very well. From there it took about two months to start the job and it was complete in a day and a half. The crew was efficient, friendly and professional. George was great at staying in touch, and easily reachable until the job was completed. Thanks again! I would recommend them, and would hire them again.

My roof was done by Mark Fisher Roofing in 2018. They assisted in financing the project, and it went very well. The project was scheduled, and after multiple delays (primarily due to weather, etc.) the project was finally completed. A follow up call was necessary, because of a few leaks. The company responded and spent time to correct most of the problems. They claimed that one leak was due to a "pipe" that was not under their contract, and would require a plumber. O.K. not an issue. They even provided the name of a contractor, but I didn't contact him. However; I recently contacted the company for additional work, to have my "Box Gutter" repaired. M. Fisher did not make it to the first appointment, stating they were "tied up" with a different client" Again, not a problem, I understand. They did show up a few days later to look at the work site, Great! The PROBLEM: They never got back to me with an estimate!!! I contacted two other competitors, each company responded quickly, and they both provided written estimates within days, and a projected time frame to begin the work. One company was ready to do the work within two weeks! In the meantime, I have yet to hear from Mark Fisher Roofing. Not even a follow up call. This is extremely poor customer service regarding the gutter project. I am not satisfied, and fully expected a quote, at the very least.

I would highly recommend this company! Our roofing job was completed quickly and efficiently. The customer service we received was awesome and I cannot say enough good things about the guy who came out to do both the estimate and to complete the work (unfortunately I cannot remember his name at the moment, which is a bummer because he was so great!). A week ago, this company completed a siding job while I was not on the premises. I stopped there to thank them personally, and complete my payment, as I was not at home when the job ended. I mentioned that some wiring might be replaced, if they were in the neighborhood at a future time. They said they'd handle it, and also mentioned they noticed during installation, that my prior electric installation had neglected to caulk properly. When I got to my cottage this weekend, I noticed they had fixed the wiring, as well as the unfinished job from the electric installer.REMARKABLE SERVICE. I've just referred them to one of my neighbors, and I'm more than pleased... ... wonderful company. Doing business with a company owned service allows for personal contact. Always their word, this company is quite amazing.

This company has done my parents new roof installation and cut corners not using the proper materials and unfortunately they are now they getting leaks throughout the house. You can actually see water marks in all corners of the house. I DO NOT recommend this company if you see this company RUN the other way! They pray on older people. In the fall of 2018, we contracted with MJF to fix a leak we were experiencing in the garage roof. The workers did a great job and after the repair was completed the work crew cleaned up the work area fantastically. We also had a chimney repair company come out to repair the chimney as that was a part of the water problem also. Unfortunately, we had to call MJF back to fix a leak which was directly related to the new flashing around the chimney. Each time MJK'S technicians came out, they were courteous and a pleasure to speak with. Though we had to call MJF's crew back several times as the leak continued, it was finally diacovered that it was the chimney which was leaking. I cant say enough about the staff at MJF and would use them again if the need arises.11/3/20If you read my previous entry, you'll read I recommended Fisher Roofing. Well, I'm not so sure now. Fischer Roofing repaired our roof way back in 2018 (or so they said). Since that time, Fischer has been back 4 different times to fix the leak but the so-called roof repair has not stopped the leak. With this last storm the roof leaked just as bad as it did in the beginning. I called them back and registered an official complaint with them. I also took the opportunity to call Kulp Roofing to come look at the problem. It was obvious to them that Fischer botched the repair. Additionally, when I was up on the roof with Kulp, I discovered on the last repair Fischer completed, the crew used a totally different colored shingle for the repair. Not cool. Am waiting for Fischer to come out one last time to fix the problem. I'll update when I know more.

I scheduled an appointment two weeks ago with Mark J. Fisher Roofing for August 12th at 10 A.M. I left work to be home for the appointment and waited 40 minutes before I had to leave to go back to work. No one called me to say they were running late or asking to reschedule.
