Tyler did a full electrical inspection. We also asked him to consider replacing the lights around our deck. It was found the wires had been eaten by some animals. He gave us an estimate but we decided it was beyond our budget to replace them. He was very kind about it though. We felt badly to have to say no and he felt awkward sharing the price .
