I’ve completed three projects with Josh. He has my full confidence because he takes pride in the work that he completes. Recently we had Tri-County Custom Construction Renovate our Master Bathroom. Josh & his crew did a wonderful job from start to finish. My wife & I are extremely pleased with the outcome of the project & the price was fair as well. We had 3 contractors come & look at the bathroom prior to deciding on this company. Their pricing fell right in the middle of the 3 estimates & that’s exactly what we were looking for. Quality work at a mid price point & they delivered! Considering the knowledge of all of the workers involved, craftsmanship of work they provided & great communication along with professionalism we couldn’t be happier with our choice. This is our first home project using Tri-County Custom Construction, but won't be our last. After searching for a local contractor and reading the reviews for this company and owner Josh, I made the call and am so glad I did. I am not going to reiterate all the accolades poured on Josh and his work ethics and quality of work as you can read all the other 5 star reviews, but I can say that every review is spot on!! As the project is coming to an end, my wife and I are thrilled with the outcome. He installed LVT planking throughout our living area and updated our kitchen with new countertops, subway tile, lighting fixtures and paint. I have found my go-to contractor going forward and will be calling on Josh again next year for a few other projects. Josh, the owner is professional, courteous and takes pride in his work. From our initial conversation, Josh takes his time to explain the process, go over the expenses and the time to complete the job. He is upfront and honest, never making me wonder if something was extra. He fit me into his schedule amongst other jobs and was on time everyday, he even sent me a text out of courtesy letting me know each morning when he would be arriving, which was very helpful with a 6-year old. He left the worksite clean and took the extra time to sweep up any saw dust before leaving for the day. In addition, to completing a custom job, he also took the time to get to know his customers and their pets.
