June, 2017: I wanted to add to my original review. I have used Arrowhead a couple times now over the last couple months including a job they just completed today. They removed and had powder coated a couple of stairway railings that were originally hideously painted white. They coordinated with the powder coating company and also installed a new chandelier we purchased at Lowes. The work was all done in a quick, professional manner and so I will be using them for a couple of other jobs in the near future.Original review, Dec, 2016: During Thanksgiving week a tree fell down onto our house from the backyard causing some pretty good damage to the roof and back deck. After taking care of things with our insurance company I contacted several contractors in the area to get an estimate. Arrowhead Roofing was the first to respond the next business day. Brad from Arrowhead is super professional and did both the estimate and coordinated the work afterwards. He gave a very fair price and made sure we were satisfied at every step of the repairs. His guys Harry and Frank did great work and were very friendly and professional as well. The work on our roof was done quickly and exceeded our expectations. I will definitely hire them again to finish the deck repairs in the spring and for any other house repair or renovation we have in the future and I couldn't recommend them any higher.

Brad and his team have done a fantastic job once again. I originally hired Arrowhead to repair some of the damage done by the hail storm in West Reading two years ago and the repairs they made have held up beautifully. I was pleased enough to hire him for more work this year, and once again they came through with shining colors. The work they do is thorough and complete, and Brad has always been quick to return my calls and answer any questions or concerns I may have during the process. Highly recommend Brad and his team.Another great job by Brad and his Arrowhead team in 2018 on my garage roof and chimney! Very thorough work, great communication, would highly recommend to others.

We have used Arrowhead Roofing twice now and have been beyond please with both experiences. Our estimate was quick and accurate and their work was spot-on. They know what they are doing, won't overcharge you, and even do a great job cleaning up after themselves to make sure the home is better than when they arrived. Profession, timely, affordable, and knowledgeable. Hard to find good contractors like this, highly recommended them!

I originally hired Arrowhead to do roofing repairs on my home following a wind storm. I was so pleased with the cost and the quality of the work that I had them install gutter guards and repair my father's roof. Brad and his crew were prompt and professional, and did quality work. I got three estimates to replace the roof on my detached shed. Arrowheads was by far the best and most fair estimate. Brad gave me a very reasonable timeline to do the work and kept to it. His team was thorough and professional. Good experience and good communication with the owner.

Excellent work!! very pleased with the job done. I called last week (Wednesday) to get my roof replaced. Got the estimate on Thursday. Roof was done yesterday (Tuesday). The men were very polite, roof looks great and they did a great job cleaning up!

We needed some roof repair really quick inorder to close on our house. We talked to Brad and he not only got us a quote right away but he came out the same day and started working on the house. They finished the work on the house the next day. Keith did an awesome job and they were really awesome to deal with! We have dealt with alot of contractors and by far they we had the best experience with Arrowhead Roofing!

Contacted Arrowhead Roofing for an estimate after having no success with another outfit. Estimate was quick and reasonable. I had the roof replaced on my house and also had 2 skylights replaced. They did an awesome job once they were able to start. They had to jockey around some recent bad weather, but were able to complete the job before the next bad weather system. After receiving heavy rains, I went to the attic area to check for leaks and found none. I would definitely recommend Arrowhead Roofing for any roofing projects.

Shari and Randy Vanart: we chose Arrowhead upon recommendation from our insurance company.They came to start the job promptly. They did such a great job that we felt confident enough to have them give us an estimate to rip off all our old wood siding, replace with vinyl siding, new gutters and build a porch overhang roof. We had other estimates but his was the best. It was a very big job, and took 2 weeks, just exactly what he said it would. The change in our home is fantastic! Brad was constantly in touch with us, and cleaned up afterwards just fine. We would def use him again for any future remodeling projects.

Arrowhead roofing did an excellent job replacing the roof on my house, garage and shed. I was concerned about the clean up, but Brad assured me, his crew would have everything cleaned up before the job was complete and they did!! I will definitely be using Arrowhead roofing again!!

We recently contracted Arrowhead Roofing and Remodeling to replace our roof and also to replace our soffit and valance on our patio. They replaced our roof and were very professional about it. The roof looks great and when they were done you didn’t even know they were there. They replaced our patio soffit and valance while were at the shore. I’m told it looked great. While we were at the shore, we had a neighborhood fire which destroyed all of the work they did.We contracted Arrowhead again to do redo the work and even added some more items to be taken care of. After a scheduling snafu, they began our project and completed it in 3 days. It was well worth the wait. The Arrowhead crew does great work and they were very conscientious about the quality of their work.Brad, the owner, worked with us in all aspects of our project. We have now contracted them to do some indoor painting for us during the winter months. They are currently doing work for other family members and also some of our neighbors.We are very happy with the work done by Arrowhead Roofing and Remodeling and because of the quality of their work I would recommend them to anyone.

Brad was very professional in his communication and responded quickly to an emergency roof leak and was able to provide a fair quote during the busy holiday season, and also fixed the leaks right away! Just had Arrowhead back for a rain spout job. I called on Monday and Tuesday Chris came and did the job. He had all the parts, reconne red the spout and he was done in one hour !Very reasonable pricing.I was pleased with the repair work they did on my roof and they also added some gutter guards.

Initially was going to paint the wood soffits of my house and got a few quotes, Arrowhead roofing suggested capping them instead. The quote came in only slightly more than paint. It looks great now and will be maintenance free for decades. Now in 5-10 years instead of painting again and again I can pocket that money. Looks so good, my neighbors have already started working on getting theirs done by Arrowhead as well.

I had the company do my roof 4 months ago. It rained really hard 2 weeks ago and it was leaking. I emailed, text and called with no response. I sent Brad pictures of the leak via email as well. So finally spoke to him a few days ago and he was talking about scheduling my roof to be done. Mind you the project was completed and paid in full. After he completed my roof I put a deposit of 1k for siding and gutters. When he called me he was only discussing the job that needed to be done and not my roof. It made me so mad that I told him I am cancelling the siding and want my refund and my roof fixed. He said he was working on the schedule and its been 6 days with no date to fix my roof and give me back my deposit. Worst service ever. I don't recommend this company to anybody. Brad if you read this respond to my email and text. I refuse to talk to you via phone with your fake promises and unprofessional scheduling.

Arrowhead Roofing and Remodeling has recently completed a roof and some other work on my home with the utmost respect for me and my property. The job was done to my high standards. They worked on a time frame I dictated because I work nights. Brad (owner) was on top of things. He answered the phone on the 2nd or 3rd ring. SO REFRESHING talking to a live person instead of a machine. The foreman (Chris I believe his name was) lead his crew with a firm and steady hand. There was NO goofing off or slacking on the job! I even saw a truck drive by to check on them! I was kept informed at all stages of the job. It ran a bit over estimate due to some damage found on the plywood base that required replacement. This was in the contract up front that the estimate did not cover unforeseen damages that required repair.I would like the that all the people involved in this project. I am sorry I do not remember all you names. They finished on a Saturday and we had a large and heavy storm come through the area on Sunday. I was a bit nervous but everything worked out fine. THANKS GUYS!Highly recommended!!

Have a problem with a roof leak since January. They were out 2018 summer to put on a new roof. When I initially called, first comment out of the boss's mouth was, "You have a copy of the contract?." Thought that was a little defensive since I made no implication that anyone was at fault, just wanted the company that put the roof on to look at it my problem. Took 3 calls and 3 weeks but they finally sent someone out to look at. Worker indicated it wasn't a big deal and he' could come out next week to fix - the boss would get back to me with what needed to be done.. That was beginning of February. It's now going on 3 months, more than a dozen calls and texts to Arrowhead and I have not got any further on what they can do, what needs to be fixed, etc... SO IF YOU WANT PEACE OF MIND THAT THE ROOFING COMPANY WILL BE THERE BEFORE AND AFTER YOU CUT THEM THE CHECK, FIND ANOTHER COMPANY OR PRAY YOU DON'T HAVE AN ISSUE - or GET A LAWYER. As far as the roofing job, I didn't expect to be still picking up CIGARETTE BUTTS from their crews and they bent the receiver arm of my Directv dish when throwing stuff off the the roof - $175 to get that fiixed. MIGHT WANT TO CHECK OUT HOW THEY HAD TO BE SUED BEFORE FINALLY PAYING OUT RESTITUTION TO 3 CLIENTS IN SINKING SPRING.

This place is awful. Leaky roof, no flashing around the chimney. Had a friend look at the roof and said that it looked like it had been done by a blind man. Workers came and cleaned up at 1AM at night disturbing me and and my neighbors. Old shingles all in my garden and on the siding of the house. Cigarette butts everywhere as well. This company is absolute garbage. Terrible communication phone wise. I do not recommend this company and I hope they go out of business soon. 🤘

Requested an estimate, they didn't show at the scheduled time. I called them and never received a return call. They also didn't answer the phone professionally, just saying "hello", and told me it would be at least 45 days before they could do anything, I didn't realize that also meant the estimate. Definitely will not be using them if they are this unreliable for an estimate.

I purchased a washer and dryer from Brad “owner of ARROWHEAD ROOFING” The Washer and dryer didn’t work! (He said he would give our money back=LIES!) He also sent me to pick up the washer and dryer without him being at the location and had some other guys load the washer and dryer. Long story short! DONT TRUST HIM! He is a theft and always has an excuse when it come to returning the money. Also he has an accomplice named “AMY STARZMAN” DONT TRUST HER EITHER! They will make you pay thru PayPal! SCAMMER AND STEALERS! DONT TRUST THEM! Ive attached some reviews and both their info.
