Jon was excellent at communicating on all phases of full roofing, gutter and downspout replacement. He was willing to take our thoughts into consideration and did more than we expected. The team cleaned up after each days work. The price was very competitive and never worried about it being done correctly. Would highly recommend.

Called and spoke with Jon twice, and both times I scheduled an appointment with him to come out.....both times he never came and never called to say he was on his way or that he couldn't make it. Initially he stated he came, but there was no parking and a lot of school kids were out. However, he NEVER called to say he was outside, on his way or anything else. I called him the day after he never showed. He simply scheduled another day and time, and never showed up again. That's very unprofessional!!! If you don't have time......don't schedule appointments with potential customers! Such a waste of MY time!

We originally hired HW to repair the roof over our sunroom. Jon came out and looked it over and even secured it until they could come back to do the repair. We then hired them to do the roof of our shed which was old and damaged from the hail storm a few years back. Next we hired them to install a shower surround. And finally, we had hired a guy to build us a deck. He ended up abandoning the job, so we asked Jon if he wanted to do the work. He came back with a reasonable price and the finished it and exceeded our expectations on finishing a job someone else started. I highly recommend HW Building and Remodeling. Top notch work!

They were quick to respond....I was extremely pleased with how John did his best to accommodate me due to incoming rain...he came on. A Sunday between rain storms to repair. The roof from a leak that was coming into the ceiling creating a soft spot... Preventing a night mare of. Roof leaked like a waterfall, plus a 45 year old section that needed replacing, and a windowsill that was allowing water into the house. These guys fixed everything in 3 days. Good prices, and good materials. Shingles, rubber roofing, and aluminum. Everything done right, cleaned everything up, and all in the dead of winter. Not a drop of water since.
