Went there for lightbulbs.Went again to exchange the bulbs (that the employee picked) for ones that would fit. Haven't been back.It is closer than Walmart though.

Great store. They have about everything you need.As soon as you walk in the door someone is there to help you. Employees were always friendly. The owner gets a 10 from me. They did a great job repairing my window screens.

I took down my last review, because it might have been bordering the line of "maybe" a little too harsh. However, that being said, I still stand by my feelings for the assistant manager. I feel he does lack people skills and like two of the male employees act like they are forever and always stressed and don't want to be there, but hey, maybe, it's my husband and I,( could be , a person never knows). Other than those 2 guys the rest of the store is hands down customer friendly and are very pleasant folks. The owner is just down to earth, friendly, knowledgeable, outgoing and lovable. He truly cares about his store and his customers. It shows!!! WOW, if you EVER do want a store that takes you back to the good ol' days when you can walk into a store and the owner greets you with a warm welcome and he remembers who you are and goes the extra mile to make sure his customers are helped and that they are happy, then THIS Ace is the place to be... To tell you the truth I was never going to go back to this store after my last visit. The owner was not working on my last visit, it was his assistant manager (I still say he needs training), just trying to help a business owner out because, I am not the only person that has had the same problem with the same person, so, I know, it can't be my husband and me, cause it wouldn't have happened to others. I'm not being harsh, I am leaving a review in order to help, I don't do it to hurt someone's establishment. I point out the good and I point out the bad,. if there is any, that way it can be addressed and handled. I know, I would want to know, if my customers were not satisfied and were treated any different, than how I would have treated them, because a business (an establishment) is only as good as your worst employee... This owner works too hard and is too nice of a person to have such a harsh review as my last. My apologies to you Nate, sincerely, Jacquelyn Reihl, love the toboggan.

Great place to shop. I was in the store about 20 feet looking at signs. Store employee said can I help you. I told him what I was looking for. He said we have a couple of the saws over here. Showed me them and also helped me fine some screws I was looking for. Carried the saw to the cashier counter and told cashier about the special that was on the saw. Cashier was also friendly and talked with me as she was checking me out. Very friendly and helpful associates. A very great place to shop.

I can’t tell you how helpful and friendly every employee in this store is! You will always be greeted and acknowledged. They really know their stuff and have always had the answers for any project or problem! The shelves are always stocked, I rarely go anywhere else!

Dry Tavern Ace Hardware is the best hardware store in town! They have a great selection of hardware and tools, and the staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. I've been shopping at Dry Tavern Ace Hardware for years, and they always have what I need. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great hardware store.

I had an issue with a pop up tent that I purchased and Nate and his staff took care of the problem and fixed the issue personally. Nate also supports local charities, which is tough in this day and age.

I came in looking for specific items for a project I was working on. Asked an employee where said item was and he acted put off that he had to show me where it was. He then proceeded to ask me what I needed it for. When I told him he acted like he was offended, proceeded to tell me "this item is for metal only!"Dude, I'm buying it for what I want it for, and really its none of your effin business that I'm using it on something I want to use it on. This guy was getting aggressive with me and I figured I'd just buy all of the product and give him something to rage about.Maybe,just maybe, if you're a woman and you go to this hardware store be advised that there's some male employees who think you're stupid and don't belong in there.I thought it would be nice to have a hardware store close by where I could purchase drill bits, saw blades and other things I work with daily. But guess since I'm a woman I can't go there. Menards and Harbor Freight treat me better.

Outstanding experience! My husband had a warranty/recall part on a Big Green Egg that was not even purchased at this particular Ace Hardware, and the owner went out of his way to research how to help us even though it couldn't be processed through their store. Everything worked out and we were able to get the part we needed from the recall. Awesome employees and a team that genuinely cares about helping you!

If you need good tools cheap, this is your place. Some stuff is not precision quality, but if your just a normal guy doing a repair trying to save a boat load of money. The tools work fine.The store is in an easily accessible location with good parking.

I've been here twice for basic home improvement supplies. Both times they've had what I needed. It's wonderful to have a hardware store close by. Saves me from having to travel to far. Very convenient and employee's are friendly.

While we were visiting family in the area, we went to the Ace Hardware Store in Rices Landing, PA. Our relative’s dryer needed repair and Nathan, an employee at Ace, was so very helpful in assisting with fixing the part from the dryer. He went out of his way to provide ideas for the repair and actually took the time to physically repair the part. All the staff in the store were friendly and very pleasant to deal with.
