Hands down incredible experience! Sending all family and friends your way! The prep work before the job started to make sure the project went flawless was so appreciated! The crew showed on time and worked hard the entire day! Thomas, the owner, was on the ground communicating with his crew and watching progress via drone. Love that we were part of the project to make sure every detail was finished how we wanted. Great pride was taken to cover our home and back patio to ensure no damage and crew stayed as late as needed to make sure everything was cleaned. Accurate did an excellent job replacing my roof, front fascia and front gutter.All the various people that worked on my hose were competent clean and quick. When done, I found no nails or screws or mess on the property! The work was done by 3 contractors - roof - fascia - gutter & downspout. I was able to communicate with most on them. My questions were answered. When time came for the final payment, the owner didn't seem to have any time for me. He just wanted that check, took his lawn sign and split. The premium job cost a lot but I'm quite satisfied. DRMSr

We were going back and forth on getting a new roof for about a year and had originally gotten a few quotes - Accurate Roofing being one of them. We ultimately chose to go with Accurate even thought they weren't the cheapest out there. We valued their reputation and felt we could trust Mirek and his team to do a great job - which was a big deal to us with a big investment like a roof. He took his time to come out and walk us through all of their options and gave us guidance on what to choose based on our intentions with the home long-term. The rest was easy - they showed up early morning and were done by the afternoon on the same day. They consulted with my husband on issues they found and ended up replacing a bunch of the rotten/old plywood from the original roof. Did a great job with cleanup and removal. We hope that we never have to think about our roof for the remainder of our time in this house - but if we do, Accurate is getting a call. Thank you!

I had one of the best contractor experiences with Accurate roofing. I put a request on their website and the next business day the owner Thomasz arrived with well prepared package for me to review. Next Monday a team of their crew already started to work on my roof. I replaced roof and gutter, and also have gutter cover installed. The new roof and gutter look super nice. We had a leak in roof and we called few roofing companies and accurate was the first to respond. Thomas came and asked us the problem and he immediately went to the roof and spotted few holes in the sidings and showed us the pics. He was very thorough in explaining the issue and the options that we have. He suggested to do the minimum needed fix now and then do the major job at later point in time and he quoted his price. At first i felt it to be expensive as every home owner feels that way but he was able to tell me the deeper issues that it can get into if not fixed now and i took a chance in going ahead with Tom. Next day he came and fixed all the issues and even motivated me to clean the gutter spotting some debris in there. Tom took pics of before and after so you exactly know the work he did. Overall Tom did a great job. Me and my wife was very happy with the work he did. We just took a chance with Tom and Accurate to take care of our roof issue. I certainly hope the work he did would be lasting for some time. I certainly recommend Thomas and his crew to my friends for any roofing job. “Use this guy, he is excellent”. That is what I had written on the business card from Accurate Roofing & Siding Unlimited when I used this roofing contractor several years ago. I keep notes on business cards I receive from all contractors I use for my home maintenance and repair. I recently (3/2021) had some roof shingle and siding damage from a wind storm. Based on my contractor business card notes, I immediately called Thomas Wilczynski, the owner of Accurate roofing, to come out and assess the damage and repairs. Thomas was very responsive and came to my house within 48 hours of my call. He arrived on time, got his ladder off his truck and climbed up to the roof. He took pictures of the damage and discussed with me what needed to be done. We agreed on a fair price and within 1 hour all repairs were completed. As I watched him work his 30 years of experience was evident. Thomas was professional, honest and took pride in his work as the business owner. Thomas from Accurate impressed me when he arrived to do an estimate. He introduced himself, grabbed a ladder off his truck, to inspect the roof. How many company owners do that? He had actual shingles, not those dinky samples, and presented the difference in quality of each. When we got to discussing vent pipe replacement, he had actual samples in his truck. After his presentation on the process, I received a quote. On the day of the installation, his crew was courteous and efficient. The cleanup of the yard was superb. A beautiful job and a fair price. Accurate Roofing recently replaced the roof of our house. The work was done very efficiently and with due care and attention. The materials used were of top quality. In the process (and even after a few days), when I saw that a gutter and vinyl siding were loose in some places, Tom and his crew members responded promptly to fix those issues. I had interviewed representatives of three different roofing companies before selecting Accurate Roofing for the job, and it was largely based on the honesty, transparency, technical knowhow and flexibility shown by Thomas in our discussions about the project. He identified the proper cause of black stains in parts of our ceiling, whereas the individuals from the other roofing companies mistakenly discounted it (wrongly saying the black stains had nothing to do with the roof). That was a key reason for my decision to go with Thomas and Accurate Roofing, and I am very satisfied to date.

Positive experience from start to finish! Given the current situation of social distancing, Thomas and I spoke briefly on the phone and than communicated via text and pictures to diagnose the problem and determine the right course of action on my roof. The roof was on a property I manage in a neighboring town and I did not need to be on-site. During the day, he kept me up to date as other issues were uncovered to decide how to proceed. The emergency repair project came in at the cost he had quoted with a suggestion to do more work at a later date that I had requested. No heavy sales pressure. The work was completed in a timely fashion and the work site was left neat. I found Thomas to be professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Purchased a house a few weeks ago knowing we had a few roof issues that needed fixing. After calling a few places Accurate was the only company to call back, and I’m glad they were the only one. Thomas got back to me right away and we scheduled a day to get the work done. Flash forward a few days, my wife and I had a baby 3 weeks early so we rushed to the hospital the day he was planning on coming. But Thomas arranged another day while I wasn’t home and met my parents at my house to ensure the work got done, as he knew how concerned I was, especially bringing home a little one. We recently purchased a home and shortly after our move we noticed a leak in our ceiling due to a leak in our chimney. Contracting for a new roof can be a stressful experience. It’s a long term decision and you hope to get it right. Once I met Thomas, I felt much more comfortable about the process and Thomas came through on my expectations. After determining that I wanted to know the details, he took the time to fully explain the finer points of a roofing system including its function In ventilating the house. His recommendation on materials and upgrades such as the use of silicone boots on the venting tubes and metal roof vents set him apart from other contractors that I interviewed. When it came time to do the job, Thomas sent additional crew in order to get the roof completed in one day, before the forecast for rain ahead. When Thomas presented the bill for final payment it was entirely in line with what we had discussed with no surprises. This was my first experience having a roof replaced and fortunately I picked the right company to use. Based on a recommendation from a friend, I called Accurate Roofing and received a call back the same day from Thomas.We met and he explained all that I needed to know in order to make a decision on what to order. Along with the sample shingles, he also brought samples of what would go under the shingles and was quite thorough in making sure I understood what would be done. I was quite satisfied with the price based on a comparison with another company. He was able to order the materials and schedule the date for the new roof even sooner than I thought I would be ready for it. The day of the installation went very well. Thomas texted pictures during the day to let me know the status of the project. I came back to the house in the early afternoon and he explained all that was being done and did the same at the end of the day when the roof was completed. All the work was completed in the same day. I would have no problem recommending Accurate Roofing & Siding to someone else since I was extremely satisfied with their work, as well as the crew doing the work.

Accurate Roofing and Siding is a top notch company! My wife and I recently used them to replace a low slope roof, so not your typical shingle roof. We called to make an appointment with Tom since he had amazing reviews for his service. At the time we were unaware that he was one of the owners of this company, which we later found out when he came to our home. When Tom first showed up he was extremely punctual and as professional as they come. I have to say Tom is the nicest contractor that we have ever dealt with. He came out, gave us a fair quote, and provided us a timeline of when to expect the job to start due to hot temperatures and possible weather. When Tom left he forgot to provide us with a copy of the invoice and actually returned to our home a few minutes later so we a copy. The job did start at the end of his timeline, but it was expected since it was over 100 degrees most of the days. Once the job started it was over in half a day, very quick but high quality work. During the job we were provided pictures of what was going on step by step (never had that happen before). After the job was over Tom informed us of a leak in my siding due to it not being installed properly. Tom gave me his expert opinion and also what he would do if it was his home. We advised Tom that we planned on getting new siding in a year or so and would wait. Tom went above and beyond to have someone come out the next day to add a piece of flashing to the area to prevent any damage, which he did not have to do at all. Literally the best service and experience my wife and I have ever had. We have a very old and small house and it has been common for contractors to not want our smaller jobs or if they take them to be annoyed with the extra detail needed for a house like ours. Tom and Accurate not only met but exceed our expectations and we will be recommending Accurate to family and friends.
