I should give 0 * there is no option that is why i gave 1 star.Rocco & Sons Roofing did a job our church roof in 2009 charged $8000. They gave us the 15 years warranty with coating every 5 years. Since they done the new roof it start leaking i called almost 15 to 20 time to do the repair. They done one coating in between 2015 charge $4500.11/18/2018 It leaking now so i call him Mr. Rocco actually pick up the phone and told me i will call you back with detail but he never called me back or fix the problem. Every time in the past when i call he said i will come and fix it but i don't think they ever came and fixed the roof.I told them to call me when you come they never called or give me the time when they are coming.

Please beware before using this company for any type of repair. I had my roof done by these guys about 3-4 weeks ago. Last week, during the thunderstorms my roof started leaking and I called these guys. It was extremely hard to get a hold of them initially. They finally sent someone over to look at the leak but after assessment, I was told to pay extra money for the additional work. When I questioned, they ended up leaving without saying anything to me. Now they are not answering their phone. Please be careful before you think about using this company to do any type of repair at your house.

No follow-up on issues. In my attempt to be proactive, I hired Rocco Roofing to replace my roof before my roof failed. It leaks in the same the same spot starting in year 2 after NEW roof was installed. Now they string you along stating that its scheduled for Friday. Only Friday never comes. I have sheetrock that needs to be replaced and possible mold.. Horrible.. horrible service..

I have been letting this company do my roofing work for years I swore by them always refferred them. I had them come out to give me a estimate on another roofing problem. It was a little pricy but I always want the best. I also always get more than one estimate for any job on my housing projects. I had the roofers take pictures of my roof. I was floored. The company I trusted had done a horrible job the work is breaking apart the repairs were not done the old roof was still there the silver coat is cracking apart and what they said was wrong is not the problem. It is a smaller problem and significantly cheaper than what I was quoted. Very disappointed my roofing is still under warranty so I have to deal with them but I will never refer them again or trust them. Feeling ripped off

This company is the WORST!!!! Be ware!! I have been calling since July this year because I was called by the company telling me if I didn't have a coating done by the end of July then my roof warranty would be void. I have been calling them since the first of July, the phone lines are completely down. The phone was not even ringing in July and August, now it's September and it's ringing but nothing no voicemail, no one picks up at all, it just rings! I am sooooo tired of roofing companies scamming or just disappearing after the customer pays there hard earned money for a service! Now I will have to hire another company that I probably won't be able to trust, that will probably over charge me for work they probably won't honor or even do correctly.

Report them to the BBB.It seems to be helping a lot of people. Their complaints get heard and addressed. You could also have someone else repair your roof properly, use other customers complaints and Sue them for damages, court cost, time lost to work while waiting for them to never show up. Heck there are tons of things they can be sued for. I am curious as to why the business name changed 8 times? We used Rocco a few years ago. We were very satisfied. We tried to use them a few days ago (early Aug 2020)We decided against it. They (the scheduler) gave us a date for the workmen to come out, look and give us an estimate. No one showed or called. When we called back, we had gotten a second problem.We could not get any straight answers from the scheduler. She continued to just blow us off and She was disrespectful. I yelled at her asking for a straight answer.She left us with absolutely nothing and put us on hold. Originally they were coming out today to do the 1st request work, even though they did not show to give the estimate. We gave up on them.Don't you know they showed up today 8/10 to do the work! Your quess, what is going on in that establishment! We are done!

Mike, the Owner, lied about my quote and became hostile and disrespectful when I attempted to use the $200.00 coupon for a new roof. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Karma will provide Justice.

My appointment was scheduled for just about a week ago and the day before they called to cancel and I was told that they would call the next day when the are in the office to reschedule, needless to say that i was still waiting on that call. I called and left a message on yesterday and at 9 am the next day called back again and spoke to a young lady that had no care in the world and said that the next available date was Sept 12 so now you tell me I have to wait almost another month you no what thanks but I’ll find another company because if your running your company this way and I’m spending my money I am good.
