in June 2020 I had my asphalt driveway replaced with concrete. By April 2021 a third of my new driveway looked like it was 20 yeas old, rather than less than a year. there are craters in the driveway the size of a quarter. My husband notified Sam Richards of the problem, and he said that he would come to my house and take a look. He stoped and looked at the driveway and left, without speaking to either of us. My husband called him and left a message, but he did not return his call. He refuses to address this situation. The website for the company guarantees 100% customer satisfaction. I am far from 100% satisfied with the work that was done.Service: Concrete driveway building

They did a great job on my new large concrete patio slab. The surface texturing was flawless, did the job on time and they use a lot of metal reinforcement.
