I needed my rear windshield repaired. The service was very convenient, they even came to my work. I was told the charge was only $100 with my insurance,which I paid. Months later I started getting phone calls from a collections agency saying I owed safelite over $200 more. I was never notified by safelite and never received a bill by mail. I tried getting in contact with a person to pay my bill. Everything is so automated and you can never speak to a human. I kept getting hung up on.

Had a windshield replaced here today. They tossed in free wiper blades with a warranty! Who does that? These guys! Don't hesitate to get your windows fixed here. I did have a minor hiccup where my mirror rattled and they had me come in and fixed it within 15 minutes! Absolutely amazing service

I am beyond pleased on the workmanship and customer service of this company. The tech that helped me at the Selinsgrove location was extremely helpful and helped me with insurance that way I did not have to spend any out of pocket money as I had no idea my insurance would completely cover a crack with comp insurance. I was over the moon with how he went above and beyond to help me! And my windshield looks GREAT!! Cannot even tell that just hours before it was busted by a rock off the back of a tractor trailer. Thanks for the stellar service!

Scheduled an appointment for this location at 3:30PM today and building was completely empty (they close at 5). Corporate was unable to contact them either. Extremely unprofessional as I drove there for nothing and wasted gas for a service I needed done today.

The guys in this shop are top notch. I cannot say enough about the great service that I got. I visited their store 2 times and wasn't charged for either visit. I inherited an older vehicle with sentimental value from my parents. But I had a leak somewhere in my car that caused water to pool under the back seat. I took it in to have them check the windshield. They checked and said everything looked good and it did not need replaced. They couldn't find anything with the windshield. They did not charge me a thing. So I couldn't figure out where it was coming from. But....here we are this week and it has rained and rained. My floor was soaked again with 2" of water on the back seat floor. I made another appointment, hoping this time they might see where the water is coming in. I was convinced it had to be my windshield and was prepared to pay whatever it took to get rid of this darn leak. Dropped off the car right away and they checked it thoroughly. Turns out it had nothing to do with the windshield but actually was a small hole in an air filter cover. They found the leak and... THEY FIXED IT..AND WOULD NOT LET ME PAY since it wasn't a windshield repair. Who does that nowadays???? Our local Safe Lite Auto. Thank you so much for helping a desperate woman fix what seemed like no one could fix. And helped me preserve my little piece of memories. You guys rock. I highly recommend this branch for anyone in need of glass repairs on your vehicle. This team is honest and reliable.

Got a chip in my windshield after a tri axle passed me. I went through insurance and got an appointment not even two hours later. The staff was kind and got the chip repaired in less than 20 minutes. A great experience!

Having a windshield break is never a 5 star event, neither is the cost of replacing the glass. The team here did a great job of making that ass painless as possible. They did break my replacement windshield while installing it however they acted fast for service recovery and I believe they did everything in their power to improve the situation.A broken windshield is frustrating, the cost even more frustrating, add a second broken windshield... But taking a step back they did a great job and I would definitely go back! (Let's hope I don't need to!!)

I would defiantly give the 2 men working in the garage - shop a 5 star The person, some where fare off i give a one !! and the automated system a 1 also . Would be nice if it had a local ## so you would not have to call and talk to some fare off person and machine !! .
