I hired Lapcevich Construction to replace a gutter on my house. They did the job very nicely. They were suppossed to put a diverter on the gutter that prevents overflows. I did not realize that it was not installed for quite a while. I called the owner this past June and told him about the situation. He said he would be over in a few days to put the diverter on. I called again in early July and spoke to him again. He said he would do it. As of today he has still not put it on. I bought one and will install it myself
