When we unexpectedly had a tree fall on our house, we struggled to find a roofing co. to return our calls. Then we came across Northeast Roofing and Dylan came out and did an estimate for us. Not only was he professional and easy to talk to, he was honest and told my husband we did not need to have the entire roof replaced at this time wish was greatly appreciated. We set up the appt. and they were on time and had it done in one day with no interruption to my job that I work from home for. These days good service is hard to come by and we were so happy we found them. I highly recommend Northeast Roofing!

No one does it better than Dyllon and the crew at Northeast Roofing Specialists! I filed a claim with my insurance back in SEPTEMBER of 2021... and they decided to jerk us around after I got in contact with Dyllon. They only wanted to repair two sections of my roof that were clearly far more damaged than they thought. Thankfully we were persistent.. and Dyllon has the patience of a saint and we requested a re-inspection and didn't give up. We provided tons of information, videos and photos and they finally agreed to a full replacement in July of 2022. If it wasn't for Dyllon personally talking to my insurance and working with them to get me what I should have had in the first place, I'd still be waiting! They did a beautiful job and the crew left no stone unturned after they were gone as you'd never know they were there. If you’re in need of roofing repairs or a new roof, I highly recommend Northeast Roofing Specialists. Dyllon (owner) is great to work with. He has done a few repairs over the past few years to our roof as little issues started to show. Once it was time for a new roof, the whole process from quote to completion went as smoothly as possible. Dyllon is very responsive and spends a lot of time explaining the products they use and how they install those products. He scheduled the job quickly and on the day of the job (today), his crew was here on time and did a phenomenal job. They arrived in the morning and by late afternoon, the job was complete and everything was cleaned up very thoroughly. Dyllon is also very transparent. Dyllon and team were very responsive and thorough with an issue we had with a section of our ridge vent. He took the time to explain and had the issue resolved less than an hour. If you are looking for a roofing company to come do your roof I would stop your searching here. No need to look any further. Dyllon and his crew had about a 40 square roof ripped off and replaced in roughly 12 hrs. Any questions I had were answered from planning the roof to after completion of the roof and any concerns I had were immediately fixed. All in all I CAN NOT praise this company enough. Great company to deal with. Dyllon went above and beyond, including dealing with a bunch of BS from my home builder that installed a very poor roof, which NERS corrected the right way! Northeast Roofing did a total new roof install before I even got home from work. He uses the best quality products and the installers and managers were top notch and helpful! The guys cleaned up great and didn’t leave a mess! Very happy customer and would recommend this company to anyone looking for any roofing repairs/installs. The owner and his project manager are very personable, making you feel comfortable with such a project.I have been a carpenter for 42 years.
