Great service and knowledgeable staff. We purchased a front clip from a 2023 escape.I thought all was good until we took it apart and realized they took the camera out of the grill, and the computer at the left front wheel, and the radar sensor behind the grill. To do this they pulled off the bumper cover (breaking a mounting tab off of a headlight) removed the electronics, then put it back together. Make sure that you're getting everything before you leave. I didn't and paid $5250.00 before seeing it.

Good customer service and they had the parts i needed! I called them at just about closing time and they said they would have my order ready by lunchtime the next day, ehhh...not so impressive, but what was impressive was whenever i called them back in the morning and ordered additional parts and they still said by lunch! I showed up, purchased my items, was loaded up and out the door in a very timely manner! Great job!

Came here for a part. The guy at the service desk kept looking at his computer screen ignoring me while I was just standing there waiting. Finally when he couldn't pretend any more he didn't know I was there, he looked up and ask what I needed. I asked him for the part and without searching he immediately said they didn't have it. I just said thank you and walked out. Horrible service. I will not go there anymore.

Called a week ago exactly about some truck parts for a chevy s10, had the inventory numbers or whatever to make it easier, guy said he would call me back and still waiting, I'll be a corpse by the time I get to know about these parts, apparently if your wanting to spend 100 bucks or so your not important....

Sold me a 16 in wheel marked wrong as a 15 .. drove the 45 min. Back to exchange no apologies or nothing heard them say" here's another one " then had me waiting for 20min for them to pull another one. I told em to just give refund I'll buy elsewhere. I Should have measured it.

They have very good prices. Almost everything comes with a warranty. I come here for all my car replacement needs. I've gotten almost brand new tires from them in the past for a great price. Most recently I needed an engine for my car and they had one where no one else in the area did. They held it for over a week for me till I could get the money. Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They can answer any questions you may have and they will never sell you a part that isn't 100% compatible with your vehicle!

I bought a rearend for a early 90's F150 here about 8 years, the only place that had one with the correct gears, bonus also had limited slip differential. The rearend was like new, had very little surface rust. It was $250 which I felt was very reasonable for the great shape it was in. The rearend is still in the truck today going strong.
