I arranged for Ed to pressure wash my place in the Poconos (I live 2 hours away). Ed was quite responsive to our original call, and we exchanged messages and calls in order to book a date/time. He wanted to come at 8:00am - I explained that I did not live there so would need to drive up the night before. We agreed to the date and I drove up, but Ed did not show up. I called him and left messages until 3 pm. Afterwards, I finally gave up and left. I left him several messages - never even called me back.

Excellent service, performance, and communication. Ed was totally responsive and easy to communicate with. I had my gutters done and my brick and siding washed, and everything looks absolutely fantastic. They did a thorough, quality job for the quoted price. I definitely will be recommending Ed.

I can’t recommend Ed’s services enough! I have been using him for years and I’m always happy with his pressure washing. He has cleaned my gutters, washed my roof, house and my patio pavers over the past few years. Always an excellent job and everything looks beautiful afterwards. We arranged for Ed to pressure wash our weekend place in the Poconos (we live 1.5 hours away). Ed was quite responsive to our original call, and we exchanged messages and calls in order to book a date/time. He wanted to come at 8:00 am - we explained that we did not live there so would need to drive up the night before. We agreed to the date and we drove up (my husband was not feeling well but we went anyway since we had the booking). Ed did not show up. We called him and left messages and finally left around noon. We left him several messages - never even called us back. My husband was concerned that perhaps Ed was ill or had an accident - so he called him 2 weeks later and left a message (from a different phone number). Ed called back - and had no explanation for standing us up. My husband explained that we had made the trip (3 hours round trip and GAS). Ed had no explanation other than he’s really busy. He offered to book us again - no offer of a discount or anything. We will find someone else - we will not take a chance on an unreliable vendor.

Ed is very easy to reach, will call and confirm when he is coming to the house, shows up on time and does great work. For a service provider in the Pocono's this is UNHEARD of. Ed does my gutters every year now and when I learned he does seal coating I quickly booked that before we got too far in the fall.

I worked with Ed to get on his schedule weeks in advance and yet when the date arrived he didn't call or show up. Unfortunately, I missed the other reviews on Yelp and other locations saying that this is common for him. He must have friends and family filling up the Google review board because he doesn't actually show up to do any work. Use someone different.
