The work was done professionally in a timely manner without cutting corners. Quality materials were used. Communication was thorough. Presentation materials were first class. Clean up was thorough. I had a separate contractor working on site who said that he would recommend this roofing company. In fact, he asked for business cards to share. I would use this company again.

We needed a chimney chase sided in a hurry and they came through with flying colors. Even though the house siding was much older the new siding matched perfectly. I can't say enough how professional a job they did in every way. 100 % satisfied.

I had my roof repaired by Family restoration and when they came, they assured me that everything would be done. No more leaks. Well soon after having the roof repaired and $3300 I was having leaks worse than before and every time I called them to come back it took them weeks to come back. They were here for five minutes said they fix the problem and it was still worse. This was I’m going for over a year And they left a hole in my living room ceiling and this day my roof is still leaking. I definitely would not recommend them.

While cost is important and these guys were the lowest, there are other factors that matter. 1 they call you back and show when scheduled. 2 they use top quality materials. 3 they’re clean because they’re organized. 4 they’re fast one day in my case. These guys work fast,but cut corners. Roof ends up leaking periodically,and when you call them about the issue,they act like it's normal for a new roof to leak. No, it is not normal for a new roof to leak,unless it was done improperly. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Buyer beware!!!!Service: Roof installation

Manuel was the most through of all the roofing contractors we had give us a quote...he worked well with us and the insurance company and we got a settlement for our new roof...him and his crew came in a put a new roof on in less then 8 hours and did some extra work for me 100 percent happy and would recommend them to anybody in need of a roof.
