Excellent service! We needed to replace some siding that was damaged due to storm. Our house is build with very old aluminum siding, so the best option was to replace the whole wall with vinyl. Frankie give us a great price, even match the color and the job was done super quick. We will be replacing all the siding of the house with Frankie contractor.

My roof developed a leak while I was away skiing. Called my handyman who said the job was too big for him, and he recommended Frankie to me. It was said that “He does good work.” Frankie came out and tarped my roof for me (when I was sick and couldn’t do it myself) just before a Nor’easter came in. I was a bit worried because there wasn’t a lot of notice, but Frankie came through. A little bit later after I had worked with insurance, Frankie & co came out and replaced the roof. Price was surprisingly reasonable, quality is solid, and he was very easy to work with. They even repaired a bit of siding too. Also, one thing that really inspired confidence is one of the times I came out to check (mostly to check the wood planks under the roof for rot), I saw the team using what appeared to be fall gear - one roofer was tied off and belayed by another roofer using a very strong and professional looking rope. I took it as a good sign that these guys were professionals and not some fly-by-night outfit that is very common in the roofing industry. He does good work indeed. Very happy with my new roof.

the new roof has a real ridge vent... plus frankie contractor put a 'cricket' AND metal flashing around the chimney.. i can't believe he put a cricket up there. i had wanted one and forgot to ask about it.the color of the new roof is much darker then the old roof but the color options were limited to six for this extra heavy duty roof.they did a good job i think......there is a ten year warranty on the labor- and they fixed the siding that has been broken since the storms in 2018.... perfect match on the siding too, i was shocked.frankie contractor put ring shank nails on the roof now...and a layer of waterproof underlayment along with all the icedam stuff....the old roof was supposed to have had chimney flashing but the contractor that put that one on didn't do it (and we had no way of getting up there to see)so wood on that part of the roof was rotted out. now that's all replaced.....we are recommending this contractor to everyone that has asked me about finding a contractor.
