There is no way to give zero star.I had Nick and his team remodel my deck. They did a great job initially and I was really excited for the work that they were doing. However, after he built the foundation for the deck and installed the floor boards he VIOLATED our CONTRACT and the plan for my deck. He failed to install the lattices going around the floor boards.Additionally, when initially planning the deck, I emphasized to Nick that I wanted LED deck lighting. We both agreed and he said the he could do it. He said that he would be able to buy the materials, including the lights and any wiring, and install it within the time frame that we agreed (10 Days).We signed the contract and started construction in February 2022. It’s currently August 2022, Nick and his team have yet to install any sort of lighting for my deck, as well as the lattices, and furthermore have left the railings incomplete. I have already payed Nick the full amount that was in the contract but he has failed to deliver what we agreed upon. Since then, I have been trying to reach out to Nick to get the job complete but he ignores my calls and has left me completely in the dark. His business partner has also left the business so I can’t reach out to him. I don’t recommend working with Nick if you want someone who is reliable, truthful, and has integrity. I’ve attached a few pictures of our contract for everyone to see for themselves.I attached the picture of the projects they consider fully completed.

Helping Hands Penn just finished adding a bathroom and bedroom with closet to my finished basement. I was very pleased with the quality of the work. The workers were professional and pleasant. The job was completed quickly - I needed a 3 week turnaround and they delivered. I even added extra stuff, replacing my drop ceiling panels, luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the entire basement. Installed recess lights, removing the fluorescent lights - all completed on time. The owner was extremely responsive - answering my calls and texts within minutes. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is there was miscommunication on materials. Although it looks great, I had originally selected different materials and due to last minute purchase of materials I had to substitute. I will definitely hire them again but will purchase my own materials. Overall great job, professional, responsive and they delivered on time.

I've done more than 6 projects with JP Construction with substantial budgets. We have knocked down walls, built new rooms, added putting greens, laid new floors, fixed realtor inspection report items, pulled permits, replaced roofs, bathroom/kitchen remodels, added jacuzzis, etc. Their team really cares about making the client (Me) happy. We have made some really nice 4 and 5 bedroom short term rental properties.All construction projects have kinks. I like JP because toward the end of a project, when the details really matter they do their best to make the place look right.We still work together on projects. They are my go to team in the PA area.

The General Contractor Nick is very responsive and engaging. They are one of the few contractors in the Poconos that actually call you back and responds in a timely manner. They gave us good design options when discussing our project with us. More importantly; they were interactive and quick in providing an estimate. While we didn’t use HH Construction due to other pressing priorities, our initial experience with them was positive.

We needed to have a small 10x10 deck redone (floor, railing and stairs with banisters) and a new screen door installed. The finished work is very nice, looks professionally done, and met our expectations entirely.We were impressed by the thoroughness of the crew as we watched them working.We do recommend this company and will not hesitate to use them again should the need arise.

Nick, Jessica and the team at The Helping Hands were professional and ultra accommodating! We had a backyard patio put in and couldn’t be happier with the quality of workmanship and end result. The turn around time promised was delivered and the end result - beautiful!Highly recommend the Helping Hands for any home improvement needs and will definitely be using them again!

My house in Tamiment received some damage to its cedar siding by a bear. I needed to have the siding matched, replaced, and the area left pristine. This all had to be agreed upon on the phone as I am on out of state owner. My dealings with them were courteous, professional, and they delivered exactly what they promised. There were no price surprises attributed to the “supply chain” and we are all very pleased by the quality of the work. As a bonus I was in need of a landscaper for the property and they provided a great referral. If I could give 6 stars I would!

I needed to remove and old dilapidated deck and install a new larger Trex deck at my home. I really did not know who to call. After reading many reviews and conducting an online research, I decided to call The Helping Hands Penn. Right from the beginning they were prompt, professional, and upfront in all regards. Not only that but they were friendly and considerate. They did not cut corners (permits, etc.) and performed all the work that they contracted to do. In fact, I was so pleased with them that I had them install two windows. I am now in the process of selling the house and buying a larger one. When I do, and should I need work, I know who to call. If you need someone to do work around your house that you can trust, please give them a call.

This is the second time I hired HH construction management. That should attest to the quality of their work. They were timely, thorough, and worked diligently to complete the basement ceiling within a few days. I was pleased with their work and will hire them again!THEIR WORK BEGAN TO FALL APART AND THEY DID NOT RESPOND OR FIX IT. A GOOD COMPANT STANDS BY THEIR WORK. SO, I WILL NOT HIRE THEM AGAIN!!BEWARE OF THE SIX-MONTH WARRANTY IN THE CONTRACT

WARNING! Not only was near everything they did to build our soundproof studio of poor workmanship, but the ceiling per two companies would have come down in "just a matter of time". The electrical work they contracted out was deemed a serious fire hazard. Too many issues to list, but reach out if you need more info. Use this company at your own risk. We are currently in the Court of Common Pleas against them with these four counts: Breach of Contract, Unjust Enrichment, Breach of Express and/or Implied Warranties, and Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law. They then changed their company name from HH (Helping Hands) Construction Management, likely looking to outrun negative word of mouth and other consequences.

When I spoke to Nick, he told me he had time for me the following week to come out and look at job. Thursday of that week, I called him and asked if he was coming. He told me, " I was just about to call you". So we set a time for that Friday. Nick arrived, we looked at job, said give him 2 weeks to get back. He was a friendly, pleasant guy, so that was not a problem. I called him the Wednesday of the second week. He told me" he was just about to call me". Red flags came up, but okay. Nick said he will have the quote by the end of this week for sure. Waited 2 more weeks, never called me back to this day(3 weeks total) . Why would I ever trust him to do my work? NOT RECOMMEND---------------------------------------------------------------------follow up------- and yet there were no messages on my phone or missed calls. when I called you you answered 'Hi Bob" , so you had my number. HMMMMMMM , give me a break
