From the moment I contacted O'Leary roofing I was pleased with everyone I dealt with. Scott was thorough to review all of our options when purchasing the roof. Today the company came out came out to replace the roof. The men that worked on the roof did a wonderful job. They were thorough cleaning up afterwards making sure no nails were left. Kyle talked to me at the beginning of the job and at the end made sure that I was happy with the job that was done. I would highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.

I am giving O’Leary 5 star.The consultant Agle is very nice, came to my home on time, responds to my phone question immediately,Production Manager, Mike communicate with me very efficient, the roof workers are very skillful and friendly. after the work completed they did a very detailed cleanup.This is a very good team, I am very happy with their work, will recommend to others.

Very happy with our new roof. Got 3 estimates - and while O’Leary wasn’t the lowest, we selected them because of their representative - Dillon - who provided the estimate. He was the most thorough and spent the most time with us to help us make an educated decision. No one else crawled through our attic to inspect the roof from the interior, nor walked the roof like he did. Roof looks great. My neighbors stop me on my daily walks to comment on my roof and ask me if I was pleased. And I let them know that, Yes, my wife and I are very happy and recommend O’Leary.

O’Leary isn’t the cheapest roofing company out there, but they’re far from the most expensive. Their communication and workmanship is good and they stand by their products. Only small issue I had was the wrong colored drip edge was delivered during the day of install and the crew started to install it when I noticed. They had to take them back off and reinstall the right colored product. Otherwise, Dillon, Angel, and the rest of the crew did a great job. If you’re in their service area and need a roof installed, give them a call.

This by far the very best contractor I have ever done business with. I'm 77 years old and have had many projects done over the years. O'Leary Roofing division gave me an excellent price to replace a slate and flat roof. Since they scheduled my job about 5 weeks out, the production coordinator - Jen, called me every week to let me know if the weather had slowed my project date. When the crew came (All fulltime employees of O'Leary) they worked like a well-oiled machine and completed the job in one day. They sent me a canning jar of little chocolate chip cookies as a thank you. I could not be more pleased and would give 6 stars if I could. I included some of the during and after pictures.

My experience with O'leary Roofing was very good from the very beginning. The entire staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. The roofers showed up early in the morning and completed the job by early evening. They were extremely respectful of my property, and kept the noise level down for my neighbors. Before they left, the entire area was cleaned, nails removed, and I was asked if I was satisfied with the exterior conditions. We were very satisfied with their overall professional work and the roof looked great. It's been a few weeks now and all my roof leaks are gone for good. Thank You O'leary Roofing. Job well done!

Great Experience to work with O’Leary! Angel our inspector was GREAT, he did in awesome job with explaining everything and making sure we were getting the right product/financing. The installers were quick and clean, and had the new roof on in a day. Everyone was very professional and nice, just a pleasure to do business with. Would recommend them to anyone looking to get a roof in North Jersey. They are not the cheapest, and we got several quotes, but they were only slightly more expensive than the average Larry on a Ladder. The customer service is truly how they differentiate themselves between hundreds of roofers. I am very satisfied.

My husband had first consultation with Dillon Speca. He was so impressed with him. I stressed I wanted to get several estimates from other companies to choose our best option. My husband just kept saying I just had to meet Dillon . I wouldn’t want to meet anyone else.Reluctantly I set the appointment. To say Dillon is knowledgeable about O’Leary Roofing, or what they stand by is an understatement. He made every package & what was offered easy to understand. He invited us to look through each shingle sample. He helped us determine the best pattern. I was stuck on two different patterns. He offered pictures uploaded of previous clients that had those shingles to see actual images of the finished roof. He also suggested us to look at neighboring homes that used O’Leary for their roofs.It was so comfortable & he was very easy to talk to. He explained we could totally get estimates from others. But he was quick to advise us what they would not offer, or guarantee. Our Boxer Daisy also thoroughly enjoyed his visit. Needless to say we did not need another consultation from someone else.The crew was scheduled to arrive @ 8:00 am. They arrived 7:30, 7:35 they were on our roof. You will never see a more harder working crew! Dillon was called to another site. Another consultant filled in, again spot on. Continuing to keep my husband posted, checking in with his crew. I came home at 5:00, they had already completed around 4:30. Everything was meticulously cleaned up.Professionalism is an understatement. Each employee values their job, craft, & what their company stands for. We would recommend no other company but O’Leary Roofing! Thank you for making the process so easy.

Very nice experience with O’Leary. Collin was very patient with us explaining the products and process. The crew moved stuff around the house to not damage it during the install, then moved it back when they were done while cleaning up. Kyle came out the next day to see how everything went and did a final sweep for nails which was nice. We love the roof, and I would recommend O’Leary to anyone in need of a roof.

Very happy with the roofing experience. Everyone was very professional, kept us updated as to what was going on, showed up when they said they were going to, and answered all questions. Quite a breath of fresh air. Even though we have a very large roof, our roof was completed in just a little over three days, and the men worked extremely hard - working close to 12 hours the first two days. It was quite amazing. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone requiring a new roof for their home.

Very easy to work with. Great communications each week letting you know where the project is in the time line. Less than a month from quote to completion!! Installation day went off without a hitch! I can not stress enough how well they protected not just our house but then neighbor's house as well from dropping shingles!! Outstanding job cleaning up afterwards!!!Update... yesterday afternoon the project manager came over to make sure everything went well the day before. He wanted to take some photos and make sure everything was cleaned up well by the crew. He also went through with a magnet to make sure they got all the nails!! Super attention to detail!!

It all started with my sister in law roof being done. I wasn't expecting to get my roof done but in the back of my head I knew I need it done. So I went over to see the work in progress and I was amazed how these guys were working they were so professional and taking extra care of my sister's property while they were on the roof they had one person on the ground picking up debris so there would be nothing on the ground when they were done. Oh also they went around the property with a magnet to pick up any nails also unbelievable. So I thought to myself if I needed a roof done this is the company I would want to do my roof. So I got to meet Dillon he's a sales person for O'leary Roofing he came over to look at my roof and end of story they got the job . Boy they came and out did themselves so much my next door neighbor was so impressed he got his roof done. All I can say is if you need a roof done please give O'leary Roofing a call you will not be disappointed. Construction crew was experienced, skilled, and fast. Cleanup was thorough and satisfactory. From start to finish they were all about customer service. Great communication, calls were answered usually right away and if you had to leave a message they called back right away. The day of the installation the guys showed up early and went right to work, I have been in and around the construction industry for over 40 years and these guys were professional and extremely organized, and when the job was completed, I could not tell they were ever there. They gave me pictures from up on the roof to show all aspects of the installation from start to finish. The experience with O’Leary was excellent. Did a thorough inspection gave a detailed estimate provided access to financing and gave a start date estimate. The job took 2 days and was done on time. Since I came to the market for a new Roof I have contacted 3 different companies to receive quotes. Not naming the others, my third contact was O'Leary Roofing. As expected they sent out a Roof consultant to for a visual of the roof and a quote. So on the appointment day at the exact scheduled time Mr. David Stein showed up at my door. After the introduction and a brief discussion of what I needed Mr Stein did a very thorough inspection of the roof, on top and inside the attic. Presented all the findings with all do and don'ts. Did a great presentation of the work to be performed and finally presented the Quote.Price was not very far off from the competitors but the Warranty offered was not even mentioned by others.Decided to sign a contract for the roof replacement. The work that O'Leary personnel did was nothing shy of Excellent!They arrived on time all were very polite through out the entire time while on the premises. They replaced the roof in one single day. When they left the property was left clean and free of any debris.
