I found Overmyer Roofing through a google search of nearby roofing companies and i am so glad i did. I first spoke with the office manager and she gave me so much information, she even gave me tips and advice on what to look for in a good roofing job in case i didn't choose them. She also walked me through their website which had pictures of other jobs with the same colors i wanted for my house which was extremely helpful. Then i met with Keith a couple days later at the house and from the moment i met him i knew he was more professional than the other companies i met with. His knowledge and understanding of roofing was incredible. He explained everything thoroughly and made me understand everything clearly. His quote presentation was immaculate.The quote we got from Keith was higher than the rest so we continued looking for cheaper options. The more we searched the more we wanted to choose Overmyer roofing. Every other company we spoke with or met with didn't seem like the right choice after our initial meeting with Keith. My wife and i decided a long lasting roof was very important so we made it possible. It was installed a week after our initial meeting and Keith was there the whole time supervising and working himself. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and ive added pictures to prove it. Its Perfect! im hoping to work with Keith in the near future on my Soffit, Fascia and Siding. We couldnt recommend Overmyer Roofing enough! It was worth every penny!

Left a request to be contacted regarding a roof repair. Called the next business day and came the next business day at 8 am. Keith knew we didn’t need a new roof, yet stayed for just over an hour to check the attic along with the roof to locate the source of the leak. He spent time explaining everything, answering questions and showing me pictures of his findings. He indicated that the repair was small and he offered to come back and repair it free of charge. True to his word, he came back and repaired the roof. He was always very accessible, promptly responded to messages, upfront and honest. I will be looking to Keith’s company when I need to have my roof replaced.

This is your guy right here. I was skeptical finding a roofer in my area mainly because most either don't have reviews, have very little reviews, or are just general contractors "getting into roofing". I stumbled upon Keith and was happy to see the amount of reviews, the ratings he had, and the fact that he is focused mainly on roofing. He did not disappoint either.Everything went very smoothly as I had a rather unique situation in which a contractor ruined my roof putting up gutters. Keith worked with me through the entire process of gathering pictures, explaining everything in detail, and pretty much making sure I didn't have to worry about another roof again for along time.The crew showed up promptly in the morning to begin setup. They laid tarps around the entire perimeter of the house, and tore everything off down to the plywood. Keith was in close contact during the entire process asking me to come outside and explaining things, showing me damage, explaining how he was going to fix things, everything. This was very reassuring considering getting a roof can be very nerve racking.The crew replaced a bunch of damaged plywood decking, rotted fascia boards, vents, vent pipe boots, chimney flashing, 4 skylights and shingled the entire roof in a day. The cleanup was absolutely impressive as well. I won't be able to find a nail anywhere in the driveway or grass either.Bottom line, this is your guy. Don't mess around with anyone else or try to find the cheapest roof you can get. Having mistakes done on a roof could result in some hefty damage down the road. Keith is as trust worthy as they come, and I couldn't be happier with everything about this entire process. We could not have been happier with our experience working with Keith & Dominique at Overmyer Roofing. They let us know it would be a couple of weeks before they could start or job, which was fine because they let us know instead of stringing us along like other / most contractors do...AND got to us sooner than promised!! The work was done on time and at a very high quality. Keith sent me photos of each step in the process and even suggested a very thoughtful method to save us money on the cost of the job. During some heavy rain in October, I noticed several stains from water damage on the second floor of my house and in the garage. I called Overmyer to come take a look and Keith was able to provide me with detailed photos of the issues with my roof and a fair cost estimate for the installation of a new roof (just getting repairs was not worth it). Even though it was late in roofing season, Overmyer was able to fit my into their schedule. Keith and Dominique walked me through the process and were there to answer any questions I had during the install. Keith and his team did an excellent job on my new roof and cleaning up afterwards. He even fixed some additional areas that were not properly repaired by the previous home owners. Everyone involved was professional and responsive. We searched for a roofing company to do a pipe vent repair, and after calling 4-5 different companies without response, we were disappointed and dismayed that no one returned our calls. Or, if they did, they never followed up. Maybe the felt the job was too small?We were given Keith Overmeyer’s name and could not have been more pleased with his quick response and professional demeanor. He went out to the property, got back to us with a quick estimate and let us know his availability and time frame. The work was done and he sent us photos of the job since we couldn’t be present. There was an additional pipe boot that was not in need of replacement so he added a pipe collar as a courtesy. We had Keith over to fix a part of our roof in the summer time. Then we hired him again to replace all of our windows, our glass sliding door and our siding. He installed a vapor barrier as well and the house is SO much warmer! I have nothing but high praise for Keith Overmyer and his crew. Let me first start by noting I search for local roofing companies and asked several of them for estimates, p.s. some did not even show up. Overmyer roofing was extremely professional and their prices were very competitive. I did not now much about my roof except I had a few leaks. Keith was very patient and explain everything he found and also show me pictures. Obviously, I ended up choosing Overmyer roofing for a complete roof replacement, which turn out great. All the damage wood was replaced, shingles replaced and work cleanup all in one day. Now I have a new roof that may last longer than me.
