Upper Level Construction is without a doubt among the best contractors I have ever had the pleasure of working with. From the very first meeting with the owner, Diego Tapia, I knew we had found an honest, reliable, and caring contractor to do our siding and gutter project. We replaced our dark wood siding that needed repair and regular maintenance with vinyl. He guided us step by step to make a perfect material and color choice, explaining the advantages and disadvantages of each. He helped us make the best decision for our house.His team of workers are dedicated, skilled, and most importantly meticulous in their craftsmanship. They are also friendly and go the extra mile to make sure everything is just the way we wanted it. After installing the siding and gutters, they scrutinized every inch and made sure all seams were perfect. When the project was all done, they cleaned up everywhere they worked including rolling a magnetized sweeper to pick up a nails and metal bits that they might have dropped on our patio and lawn.Our neighbors and family members have commented on what a great job they did and how it has transformed our house, making it look brand new! The old dark wood siding has been replaced by a beautiful lighter “pebblestone clay” color vinyl siding. I highly recommend Upper Level Construction. They fixed structural damage better than new, providing quality work that'll last. Crew completed the job and cleaned up nicely everyday while working thru brutal cold temps. I called Upper Level Construction to replace my roof after a tree had fallen and damaged a portion of it. Diego, the owner of the company came the next day and inspected the roof inside and out. He gave me an estimate to repair the damage and an estimate to replace the entire roof. Being that the roof was approaching its useful life, it made more sense to replace it and be covered by warranty. I am so glad we made that decision. I can't say enough good things about this family owned company. They were great!!! The all worked diligently and finished the project in a day and a half replacing portions of the soffit and facia that were damaged. They were professional, punctual, neat, and very nice!But most importantly the project turned out amazing! I will be using them again to do my siding in a couple of weeks.
