Update: I've called back twice per their request and they have not taken the call or returned either call.If you are looking for bad service, inconsistent pickups, and no customer service this is your company. I have had trash wait over a month with the promise of pickup. After several attempts I finally gave up and switched providers. I've called a few times to try and get my balance refunded but big shock, I've never received it.Service: Trash removal & disposal

These guys are great. I just moved to the area and had tons of garbage to pick up last weeks and they were on it! I've been using this company every year for a dumpster. When i call they are always short with me. I call to get a dumpster or get one removed they say they will be there soon. Then in 4-5 days after i haven't parked on my driveway so they can get to the dumpster i call back and they are short with me again. Once i went to their store to pay a bill and the register was left open and two employees were in the back fxxxkin i had to yell to get them to come up front. Then i call to order the dumpster like i do once a year and they threaten to dump it on my property if i dont pay. Once again ive done buisiness with them every year for at least 6 years with no problems on my end...... garbage company for sure lol im moving so good luck

Prices are cheap, $75 a quarter. They tell you to put the trash out on a certain day for pickup but they pick it up when they feel like, it could be the scheduled pick up day or it could be the next day depending when the driver feels like running. The dumpsters are cheap to but again it could be a month or 2 after you call them to have it picked up, make sure you have a tarp to cover the dumpster so if it rains it won't weight the garbage down.

They "miss" trash some weeks. When they do take the trash they throw the neighbors trash cans right up against my new car making marks. Called them and was told we will take care of it. Nothing is done and it is months later. Still the same bs. Not happy at all. Poor customer service. No replies most of the time. And nothing done when there IS a problem.

I just called to see if I could receive servise in my are and was told that my area they dont cover. I explained i have never ordered on and he was nice enough to explain how pricing typically goes. For someone to take the time knowing they aren't getting my business says a lot. The gentleman was very polite and had great customer service!! I wish I could have use this company.

Wont dump cans, only will take bags out of cans and usually just takes the top and leaves the bottom bags in the can. Has torn bags and left them lay in my front yard, and they wont take bags any bigger than a household trash bag. Terrible service. Worst garbage company I ever dealt with they refuse to pick up certain types of garbage. They would rather you have it lay around a house in town. They are not environmentally friendly. I say it is one company our town needs to get rid of. Even the office lady is not nice. Had to haul my own stuff to the incinerator.

Watched the trash truck driver throw things angrily, back out of the dumpster that legally can be thrown away, then proceeded to add to his tablet that he was going to charge extra for things he didn't take!!!!!
