Todd Spitler and his Simply Roof Repairs' crew did a fabulous job on 3 rooms in our home. In my office and the hallway leading to my office, Todd and his team installed underlayment and Coretec flooring as well as base molding and decorative trim above and below the room's wallpaper border. I've attached a picture to show what a fine job they did.In our laundry room, the Simply Roof Repairs' team did more extensive home remodeling work. They installed a drop ceiling in the room as a previously broken pipe in the ceiling destroyed my drywall ceiling. Todd's team installed shut off valves in the ceiling as well as underneath our washtub. Our pipes to the washtub and washer were previously exposed and very unsightly. As you will see in the attached pictures, pipes from the ceiling cannot be seen because they are hidden behind a decorative corner trim that conceals the pipes. The water connections are now below our washtub (out of sight) and with their own shut off valves. Todd also made a small shelf to conceal the shut off valve for water access to my outside hose. We previously had 2 lights in our laundry room, but Todd "brightened" our room by installing 5recessed "Canless" ceiling lights. Todd's team also installed Coretec flooring and underlayment in that room. Their installation work was outstanding as they made sure to have the entire area underneath our water heater and house heater covered with the new flooring. Our laundry room had been a source of embarrassment for my wife and I for years, but now that room is actually a source of great pride.The third room that the Simply Roof Repairs' team worked on was my wife's office. That room had incurred water damage to 2. They removed the dry wall, applied Drylock to the interior cinderblocks, installed insulation and new drywall, primed and painted the walls as well as installing decorative base molding and new trim around the windows and doors. Even though this room is in the lower level of our bilevel home, they were able to install 4 recessed Canless ceiling lights. The visibility in that room is now easily controlled by the dimmer switches. Todd's team also installed Coretec flooring and underlayment in the room. Attached is a picture of the finished product. Todd came up with many creative suggestions that we implemented and exceeded our expectations. Had a leak coming into my kitchen, couldn`t figure out where it was coming from. I called Todd, and he came over the next day, went up on my roof, and diagnosed my problem. Todd sent me a quote with a very competitive price that evening. I signed the proposal, and Todd fixed the issue 2 days later, the job would have been completed earlier if the supply house was open on Sunday. Facia trim replacement seems like too small of a job for some. Todd replied promptly and with the most competitive estimate from emailed photos. Other bids were 2 to 3x higher. Not only did they arrive on time, they matched the fancy center folds to match the rest. Perfect! Exceded expectations in every aspect.
